Places to stay in Saint Asaph
You’ll love my place because of the view from your bed of the night sky and the view from your windows of fields and wildlife, especially birds. My place is good for couples for a romantic, relaxing getaway and solo adventurers who need time to relax and unwind in a unique space.
The quiet and the friendliness of the locals makes this location special.
Snowdonia and all the local attractions are within easy reach but it's nice to come back to a location out of the touristy area.
  • We have just got back from Nia’s cosy cabin and what a wonderful little break we’ve had. Nia was a lovely host. Everything was very well thought out, from the information provided on arrival to bath robes and slippers for the hot tub. On arrival Nia even put together a lovely little warm welcome gift of jam and scones which I though was a very thoughtful touch. The hot tub was just amazing which we had to ourselves during our stay but had full usage day and night. Beautiful setting of fields and farm animals. Perfect location, quiet and peaceful enough away from touristy areas but only a short journey away from then also. It really was the perfect little stay. Thank you Nia, we hope to be back soon in the future Xx

  • Everything you could ask for in a countryside weekend. Beautiful cosy house with amazing views in peaceful setting - and the hot tub was a lovely touch! Nia was a wonderful host, we'll definitely be visiting again.

  • We stayed at Nia’s tiny house for 4 nights in March. It’s a lovely place on their farm in close proximity to the north wales coast and Snowdonia. The tiny house is lovely, clean and very well done! It has literally everything you need for a week away including a hot tub with wonderful views over the fields and sheep. Nia was very friendly and welcoming and we would be happy to come back and stay again. Thanks so much!

  • We had such an amazing time at Nia's tiny house. Nia was really friendly and helpful when showing us around. Everything is very well thought out in the space. The hot tub is always perfect temperature and the robes provided make the dash out in the cold a little easier. The location is great, a pub in the village with a few good began options (not really walking distance but easy to get to), and easy enough to get to Snowden too in about half an hour. We didnt want to leave as it was so relaxing. There really are no faults! Will hopefully be back soon!

    Anya2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • From start to finish we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our time away at Nia’s beautiful home under the stars. Every aspect has been thought about carefully and the scenery and surroundings simply stunning. Would highly recommend and we look forward to returning!

  • Great place in private location close to lovely seaside and countryside

    Shannon2020-03-04T00:00:00Z
  • The tiny cottage was absolutely perfect, tastefully decorated with meaningful touches which made the whole experience extremely special. Nia was absolutely brilliant and provided lots of interesting local recommendations which we took complete advantage of during our break. The cottage had everything we needed for the stay and the kitchen is a lovely space for cooking with an unspoiled view over the table whilst we enjoyed our food. We were close to the main house but it felt incredibly private and access to the hot tub and facilities felt quite secluded which was wonderful. During our stay, we got engaged, this will always be a special place for us. Thank you Nia.

    Kate2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • Couldn't recommend Nia's cabin enough! A lovely host, very discrete. The hot tub was amazing! Half an hour from the coast and snowdonia. Would also recommend zip world caverns!

    Ross2020-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • Thomas created a lovely weekend away for my parents within the cottage, they fed back how polite Thomas was to them and how helpful he was in regards to things to do and activities. Five star treatment and they will definitely be returning 😄

    Heather2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • Had such a lovely weekend here for my boyfriends birthday! The place was beautiful and the hosts were very welcoming and helpful. We will definitely be back :)

    Leah2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • I’m a big city girl so not used to the country life but Thomas and his stunning hideaway country escape could easily convert me! We spent 2 nights there for my birthday and Thomas was a fantastic host, you can tell he really puts his heart into this! Check-in was smooth and thorough, the cottage was well equipped but he’d included some extra little touches that made us feel special (his freshly baked bread is wonderful!) and he was always on hand with suggestions of things to do, takeaways or supply us with another bottle of wine! Such a helpful and pleasant guy, it really made our trip! The setting of the cottage is really beautiful (but also very private and not overlooked by other cottages) and you can take a lovely peaceful and scenic walk through the countryside before coming back to relax in the hot tub with a glass of bubbly! Thomas was busy finishing his latest addition to the hideaway which was an exclusive little spa area with sauna. It looked amazing and was the perfect finishing touch to this fabulous little retreat! I’ve already recommended the hideaway to so many friends and clients and I imagine we will be back to explore more of the area or just when we are in need of some R&R! Thank you Thomas for your hospitality!

    Neda2020-02-27T00:00:00Z
  • We had a perfect stay at Thomas’ place. He was a great host and gave us some recommendations of local places to eat which we went to. The hideaway was perfect for a couple and our baby, just enough room and really cozy The hot tub was a great addition especially to warm up in the midst of storm ciara Very comfy bed Good location to local places of interest and the A55 to visit other areas We would definitely stay again - we can’t wait for the tropical sauna to be built

    Adella2020-02-11T00:00:00Z
  • Just returned from a lovely 2 night switch off from reality at The Hideaway. The place was just perfect for a surprise 30th getaway for my other half, the location was beautiful and the accommodation provided everything we needed to just relax. Luckily the storm stayed off until the day we left so we got the opportunity to make the most of the hot tub and take a walk in the local surroundings. 100% recommend! Thanks Thomas for being super helpful host 👍

    Michelle2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay at Thomas's was perfect from beginning to end. We went for our mini-moon, which Thomas was aware of, we were greeted with a bottle of presseco to celebrate. The accommodation was very clean, tidy and modern. It felt very homely and romantic, with all of the beautiful fairy lights. The hot tub was a lovely touch for the evenings and Thomas came and cleaned it every morning to ensure it was working at it's very best for us. He provided us with recommendations on the best places to eat and visit, and one evening surprised us with a voucher for a local restaurant and a box of chocolates for our drive home. These little touches made the trip all that more special and we will definitely be going back.

  • Wonderful warm reception upon arrival, everything was better than described, the pics do not do this beautiful place any justice, everything you need is within walking distance and our host was epic, he even threw in a cheeky bottle of wine 😁 we will be staying again as this was such a nice place to stay and the hot tub is to die for oh god, after the long drive it was beautiful just to sit and boil 😂. Overall 110% perfection, hot tub cabin and host were better than expected and would recommend this to everyone, what an epic stay thank you Howard for having us ❤️

The place was very clean and also left a bottle of wine in the fridge which was very thoughtful, had to leave early as had issues of my own but apart from that Howard’s place was great !

  • Great place to stay

    Anthony2019-07-25T00:00:00Z
  • Howard’s place is in a great location, directly across from the beach in a nice quiet area. The accommodation is a built - in wooden like chalet, cosy and intimate enough for 2 people on a short stay. We were pleasantly greeted for check-in by Howard (and his two v cute dogs) whom quickly showed us around. Our bathroom is situated downstairs in the main house, but is easily accessible and still allowed privacy for both parties. The hot tub was easy to use and clean, paired with a nice bottle of wine gifted from the host. All in all, pleasant stay.

  • Absolutely amazing place to stay for a nice and romantic trip away. The bothy is really something special and believe me you will not be disappointed!! Thomas is great and deserves so much praise. Great location lovely surroundings and very local to great places to visit. I would highly recommend a pub called dinorben arms 👌

    Graham2020-01-27T00:00:00Z
  • Stunning location, thanks to Thomas’ directions easy to find and amazing views. The property was cosy and warm with nice added touches. The bathroom is very relaxing as is the hot tub. Thomas was a great host with loads of useful tips for the local area. Overall a great stay

    Toni2020-01-10T00:00:00Z
  • We had a really amazing time at the bothy. We spent New Years Eve there too, and had an amazing night. The bothy is really clean and quaint. The bathroom was amazing, despite being accessed by leaving the property (something to bear in mind, but we had absolutely no issues with it). Robes were provided for just that! Thomas left lots of lovely touches such as stollen, fresh bread and other bits and bobs. We had 3 amazing meals at Con Amici (get a cab there so you can enjoy their cocktail bar, or collect a takeaway pizza!), the Piccadilly Inn (really great dinner) and the Glas Fryn pup for NYE which is the sister of the Dinorben Arms. Can recommend all these eateries, and they cater for lots of palettes! The tub was a delight and we could even see the town NYE fireworks from it! All round a great stay - it was an ideal couples stay. We will recommend to all our friends!

Chris and mike were perfect hosts, offering us extra towels (without us asking) and a late check out. They were on hand if we needed anything but also gave us plenty of space. Some lovely, thoughtful touches to welcome us. We’ll be back soon!

  • Two night stay as family with young children. Excellent location as lovely forest and countryside all around you. We were able to travel along a very picturesque road into betwyscoed in less than an hour. Directly over the road is a small park for the children and I can definitely recommend the nature trail which only takes around 45 mins to complete Caravan lovely and clean and hosts arranged fresh bread , milk and butter for us which was a nice touch. The children lovely all the games that are inside the caravan. Thank you for a lovely stay. Steve / Debbie & family.

  • A cosy pod which was warm and had every thing we needed including a couple of drinks awaiting our arrival very thoughtful.

    Allison2020-02-19T00:00:00Z
  • Communication was prompt, found the place really easily. Check in was easy. The pods were ideally placed with great views of the Bay. Michael turned up later with a beer, thank you. Remember this is a working farm. We got the chance to see the lambs and calves and my lad fed one we will be back

  • Lovely place to stay. Glam pod was comfortable warm and cosy. Everything was clean and everything apart from food was available. Tea coffee sugar biscuits and even a can of him and tonic and a beer. Will definitely go back in the summer to get the best out of the views. Great facility well done.

This house share is in a private, spacious, light and airy house in a quiet location with ample parking. It's approximately 20 mins walking distance from the town centre and 5 mins drive to the beach. It is a short distance from Glan Clwyd Hospital. Bus stops are right outside the house. It's a good base to explore the beautiful surroundings of the Snowdonia National Park or work in the locality.
Clean and tidy. Newly decorated. Well equipped. I have two cats that are restricted to kitchen only or outdoors.
We are well situated in North Wales as a base for exploring the coastlines and beaches and Snowdonia National Park.

Our home is in a residential spot, just a quick walk to the sandy beach. Its within walking distance to the start point of Offa's Dyke walking trail, close to Prestatyn train station and the high street. Its just off of the coast road which can easily take you in one direction towards Flintshire and Chester, or in the other direction to Llandudno, Snowdonia and Anglesey. We usually live there so our things will remain during your stay but don't worry about that, just make yourselves at home!
Within a 2-minute walk there is Spar shop, off-license, Sizzling pub and take-away. A short drive (or 20minute walk) you'll find the train station and a retail park with a host of shops including a number of supermarkets and high street shops. There are a variety of pubs and bars on the high school as well as a cinema.

  • A pleasant place located in a pleasing residential area, which is well located for the town and as a starting point for offa’s dyke, should you be looking so to do. Lindsey was very hospitable and helpful. There are several facilities close by, (no more than 5 mins walk, if that). including a Greggs (630 am till 6pm) where a coffee and bacon roll costs £2.20. There is, too, a very tidy co-op. A walk into the excellent town centre is ten minutes max. In addition, a few minutes from the house is a main road which happens to be well serviced by the regional bus network. The room was very tidy, shower excellent and all in all very comfortable.

  • Just got back from a wonderful weekend at this Caravan - and we have already booked our return! The place was spotless and very comfortable and spacious. Could not fault anything. Karen was a great host and made the last minute booking process a doddle and stress free. The site itself is peaceful and in a great location...short walks to shops and beach. The caravan is on a corner plot, centre of the park and has much more room around it than most of the others. Also very close to the launderette should you need it. The shower is a great size, new tv that works well and great little kitchen with everything you need - we cooked several meals without a bother. All in all a really lovely weekend and can’t wait to return in November. Thanks Karen and also to Sally and Maurice for stress free arrival and departure. 5*****

Due to unforeseen circumstances I didn't end up using the room but when I arrived at the property Helen met me with a smile, made me a coffee and made me feel as if it was my home! Our place is in the village of Rhuddlan near a 13th century church and castle, the River Clwyd, the Clwydian Hills, the beaches of Rhyl & Prestatyn, and the North Wales Expressway (A55). The peaceful, historic village has small local shops, tea rooms, pubs, restaurants and takeaways. The modern, ground floor annex is private, with its own front door, hall, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and small kitchenette. It is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.
Across the patio from the main house, our space is a modern, self contained, ground floor annex with its own entrance. It includes a hall (with a cupboard containing a hanging rail and chest of drawers for you to use), a bedroom (with 2 single beds, desks, a chair, kettle, TV/DVD player, and a selection of DVDs and books) and a bathroom (with a shower, sink and toilet). We have recently installed a small kitchenette inside a cupboard, which includes a small fridge, toaster, microwave, crockery and cutlery, washing up materials, and an iron.
Our house is an end of terraced cottage, which was built around 1850, with an annex, which was added in 2007. It is in the peaceful, historic village of Rhuddlan, close to the 13th century church and castle, the River Clwyd and a nature reserve. The North Wales Path passes very close by. The A55 North Wales Expressway, the beaches of Rhyl and Prestatyn, the Clwydian Hills (an area of outstanding natural beauty), Offa's Dyke footpath and the Wales Coast Path are a 10 minute drive away. The towns of Conwy and Llandudno can be reached in 30 minutes, and Betws y Coed and Snowdonia can be reached in about an hour, with Snowdon itself under an hour and a half away. Rhuddlan has several pubs (some of which serve food), Chinese and Indian restaurants, a few good cafes (great for breakfast or lunch) and a variety of takeaways, including a fish and chip shop. Shops include a Spar, small Co-op (at the petrol station) and a gift shop. There is a Sainsbury's supermarket nearby. We hope your trip is for a more enjoyable reason, but if you or a relative are visiting the area for treatment at Glan Clwyd Hospital, we are just a 5 minute drive or bus ride away.
  • Excellent for access to local town, beach and entertainment. Very good communication, spotlessly clean, really peaceful accommodation. Will definitely be returning. Louisa and John are definitely deserving of their superhost status. See you again soon!

  • A second visit of 3 nights. Once again, it was clean, warm and perfect for our short stay.

    Rob2019-11-28T00:00:00Z
  • Louisa is an excellent hostess, professional and friendly. Our daughter was staying here whilst on a hospital placement and the hospitality offered by Louisa and her concern about our daughter feeling settled and safe when a long way from home did not go unnoticed by her or us (her parents) The accommodation was warm, spotlessly clean, very well equipped with mini fridge, microwave, kettle and a toaster, TV/DVD player and wi-fi. Also a wide range of DVDs and books to peruse. The area itself was pretty and quiet, high street with places to eat and some shops only 5 - 10 minute walk away. Excellent bus service to the Glan Clwyd Hospital where the placement was. We have nothing bad to say about this place. As parents of a young adult student we felt completely confident leaving our daughter here. Our daughter commented she loved the Airbnb so much she'd be really happy to come back and stay for another placement or just for a holiday. Altogether excellent. Cannot recommend highly enough.

    Stacey2019-11-22T00:00:00Z
  • I found Louisa's place perfect. Neatly tucked away in a tranquil village setting, yet walking distance to a small town with good restaurants. Will comfortably accomodate two, and I was told Louisa plans to have a small kitchenette installed. Its sparklingly clean and better than the hotel room I had in Rhyl town.

  • Me and my partners stayed in the 1 bedroom cottage for two nights and it was just lovely! The cottage and it’s surroundings were so cosy and peaceful! The perfect little get away. The only thing I would mention is there isn’t it a shower, only a bath! But this wasn’t a problem for us. We also could have done with a bigger cleaning sponge or a cloth as we only had a sponge that was about 3cm x 3cm! Overall thank-you for a lovey stay Em.

It's best to stock up on food and plan meals as there are limited shops nearby but this adds to the secluded feel. Would definitely recommend!!

  • Gorgeous cottage in a beautiful setting. Sparkling clean and brand new carpets which is a great bonus. Everything that you need is there and myself and my partner had a lovely relaxing stay. The only little problem was the drive to the cottage... I'm a relatively new driver so was panicking slightly about the very narrow countrylanes...but thankfully not many cars were coming towards me in my 4 days so I only had to reverse to let another car through once or twice. Just be wary if you have a large car as parking is also tricky... However E is great with this and also offers other parking options if needed. Overall a really really lovely stay in a beautiful place... Thank you so much E x

  • Very comfortable and stylish room with friendly hosts

    Paul2019-12-03T00:00:00Z
  • I had a great one night stay in November 2019 with a friendly welcome from Rob and Nicola on arrival with good communication beforehand. Pleasant and comfortable ensuite room (like the photo) in a family house just across the road from the bus stop on the route from Rhyl Rail Station and just over 5 minutes walk to nearby St Asaph Cathedral where I went for an evening concert. After a good night’s sleep with no road noise as the room is at the back of the house, I left just before 8am after a friendly farewell chat with Rob. I was made to feel very welcome throughout and will definitely want to return when I next come to St Asaph.

  • Nanette gave us excellent directions to find the place then came out and showed us where to park. The heating and lights were on for us and there was milk for tea and yogurt for breakfast. Nanette was very welcoming and extremely accommodating! Great space, especially for the price!

    Valerie2020-01-21T00:00:00Z
  • Nanette and Ian have been super hosts Great communication prior and during stay The hideaway was a pleasure to stay at, lots of little surprises inc welsh cakes, milk , yoghurts, tea ,coffee ,sugar ,toiletries....not expected at all but very much appreciated As I was travelling for work this place offered home from home comfort. The shower is nice and powerful. I was gutted to find I’d left my hot water bottle at home but as I fell into bed after a long night shift I was pleasantly surprised to find an electric blanket 🤗 Although I didn’t need to use it as I had prepared all my meals for my four night shifts I did see a slow cooker which would be perfect for a nice hot meal after exploring the local walks I wasn’t able to explore the local area but there was lots of info for walks and places to eat so I will definitely book again for a weekend exploring with the hubby👍 I don’t think there isn’t anything Nanette and Ian haven’t thought of to make your stay and enjoyable and comfortable one Thank you 😊🙏

  • A warm, peaceful and comfortable place in a great location. Lots of nice little touches to make you feel welcome and the owner, Nanette, is friendly and helpful. We can also definitely recommend the village pub (Eagle & Child...five minutes walk up the ginnel by the chapel) - a proper village pub with lots of friendly folk and decent food and drink.

  • We had a great time at Jo’s, met with a warm welcome and a warm place to stay there were extra little touches that Jo had left such as some bread and milk. Great facilities, perfect for washing our walking clothing. Our dog was happy sharing the field with Bob the horse! Quiet and peaceful location just a short drive from everything you want to explore in Wales, thank you :)

    Harriet2020-03-20T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful area and very friendly hosts, so handy having everything we needed in the one place. No need to bring your own cutlery as it was provided, along with a few extra items. We really enjoyed our stay in the studio, especially our dog Khan who loved meeting Bob the horse and running around in the forest at the back. Can’t wait to stay again next time!

    Amber2020-03-16T00:00:00Z
  • We had such a wonderful stay at The Studio! It’s so cosy and had everything we could possibly want. It was in a perfect location for us as we wanted a peaceful weekend but was a great spot for visiting nearby places (Llandudno, Snowdonia etc.) Jo and Bryan were fantastic hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. They made us feel so welcome! Highly recommend this stay to anyone :) We fell in love with Bob and Luna!

    Josh2020-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • We visited for our honeymoon and Jo had gone out of her way to make the place look really romantic for our arrival, along with leaving us a little gift. This was our second visit and we had the most relaxing week at the studio. Our dog loves playing with Luna, and they were staring at each other out the windows from early hours, waiting to be allowed out to play! My favourite part of this trip was lying in bed with the heated blanket on, log fire lit and listening to the rain on the skylight. We couldn't recommend this place enough and will definitely be back.

    Catherine2020-03-13T00:00:00Z
  • The Studio is in a lovely location. Jo is very welcoming. The bed is really comfortable, complete with an electric blanket. If you're looking to stay in the area, don't hesitate to book.

  • Fantastic place to hide away from all the hustle and bustle of life. Lots of exciting areas to be discovered and a tranquil place to come home to.

    Bev2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely and welcoming, would highly recommend!!!

    Meg2020-03-06T00:00:00Z
  • The studio is a delightful little place. Spotlessly clean and very warm, early cold March visit. Airy, spacious and tastefully decorated. It’s location is idilic, tucked away surrounded by rolling hills and a rushing river at the edge of the field were you will find Bob, the horse who greeted us on arrival as well as his owner Jo and Luna the collie who immediately made friends with my 8 month old Patterdale Walter. Luna would come knocking for Walter and out they would go and play. This place is fantastic but especially if you have dogs. The woods behind the house are surrounded by fields and the views from up there are beautiful. My two were never on there leads and free to roam. The wood burner just has to be lit and An abundance of wood is just outside the door. The hosts were two of the nicest laid back people I have meet. Full of local knowledge, on site but not intrusive and nothing is too much trouble. Little touches like flowers on the table, milk in fridge and bread. Lovely vegan toiletries with essential oils. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be back. My little fur babies loved it here. How lucky to be able to live here permanently. Jane, Rubi & Walter

  • Excellent place to relax

    Kevin2020-03-18T00:00:00Z
  • I arrived on a cold blustery day, to a spotless, warm, comfortable, modern and beautifully presented apartment. The whole apartment was exceptionally well equipped. The bedroom had a very comfortable bed and very good quality bedlinen. The bathroom had a roomy shower cubicle with lots of hot water. The kitchen was equipped to make a snack or cook a full meal. The contents of breakfast made a good start to the day. The living room was west facing with floor-to-ceiling French doors giving access to a table and chairs outside for more clement weather. Wi-Fi strength was very good. Plugs were easily accessible with a USB socket. The apartment is in a very quiet location but very close to the High Street and access to local walking paths. The wide street is a safe place to park, and it is possible to visit many attractions from Chester in the east to Llandudno, Anglesey and the Conway Valley to the west in less than an hour by car or train. A wonderful find that I would recommend without reservation.

  • The cottage is the ideal home away from home and a good base to visit north Wales, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We loved that it was rural, waking up to the sounds of birds and nature. That said if you do need to connect there is excellent wifi throughout. The roads are mainly one track but there's hardly any cars so we did not encounter any problems/difficulties and enjoyed driving through the beautiful countryside. Thank you Em!

Beautiful view of Gwrych Castle, 15 mins walk to the sea, within 40 mins drive you are in Snowdonia National Park. Bus stop 2 mins walk away. Station just under a mile away. Tesco supermarket is at the back of the house. There is ample storage space and a comfortable double bed. It is up 2 sets of steepish stairs so be warned. Bathroom shared with guests in other Airbnb room, and we use the shower Dogs and children welcome but neither to be left unsupervised at any time :)
The room is on the top floor of our lovely three floor red brick Victorian terraced house. From the room there are clear views of Gwrych Castle and also just to the right one can just see the sea. Though be warned the stairs are steep as the ceilings are high. We also rent another room on this floor which has a small double bed and a single bed and can be found on https://www.airbnb.co.uk/rooms/15441095?guests=1&s=fcT_NZ5J The bathroom is on that floor. We do use the shower most mornings but otherwise it is just for guests. The beach is just 15-20 mins walk away, the castle a similar distance. Abergele&Pensarn station is just 15 mins walk and the A55 is only 3 mins drive. If it works around our schedule then we are happy to pick up from the station. There are generally taxis at the station For those coming by car there is safe on-street parking in Eldon Drive which is directly opposite the house
We are in an ideal location for exploring both the North Wales coast and Snowdonia as well as being a good place to take a rest before rushing to the ferry to travel to Ireland. We are close to Surf Snowdonia and other attractions. Abergele itself is a quirky place, a mix of Victorian seaside down at Pensarn, only 15 minutes walk away, and small town of Abergele itself. It is like going back in time. The pace is slower, people friendly and always time to chat. There is no cafe culture in Abergele but it is warm friendly and safe.

  • My husband and I had a lovely 1 night stay here. Excellent value for money, beautiful space with everything you'd need plus more. For a small space it was very spacious and very homely. The bed was really comfy and the shower was amazing. The little extra touches were not expected like chocolates, milk, bread, teas and coffees. Celsa greeted us on arrival and showed us around the property and made it clear she was there if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend.

  • Lovely accommodation with great use of space. Everything we needed for a short break away! Personal touches such as fresh flowers, a loaf of bread, milk, chocs, fruit etc were unexpected and appreciated.

  • Photos really don't do this space justice! We were here as my dad was in hospital, I know the area well and we needed a bolt hole to destress at the end of a day - this was perfect. Very clean, very warm (and it was cold outside), a very comfortable bed with nice bedding and towels. a good shower and lovely breakfast provisions. It was wonderfully quiet. We only met Celsa who was simply lovely, she showed us how things worked and it was clear if we needed anything we just needed to ask, and then we were given complete privacy (which is what we wanted). My being gay and with my wife was clearly not an issue (it shouldn't be anywhere but sadly there are still places) and if I had been travelling by myself I would have felt totally safe. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Celsa. 🧡

We went horseback riding as well during our visit and the farm is 5 minutes away from the Airbnb. Highly encourage visiting Conwy during your travels. Highly recommend & would stay again.

15-20 mins walk to the sea, within 40 mins drive you are in Snowdonia National Park . Bus stop 2 mins away. Station 20 mins walk Tesco supermarket can be seen from bedroom window The room has a small double bed and a single bed with chest of drawers, hanging rail and own wash basin. It is up 2 sets of steepish stairs so be warned. Bathroom shared with guests in other Airbnb room, and we use the shower too Dogs and children welcome but neither to be left unsupervised at any time :)
The room is at the back of the house with a view over Tesco supermarket and back across the town. The room contains a small double bed, a single bed, a sink (so for teeth cleaning and washing guests may find it easier to use that rather than the bathroom), a hanging rail, a chest of drawers and a chair. Ample room for 3 adults to stay or family of 3
We are in an ideal location for exploring both the North Wales coast and Snowdonia as well as being a good place to take a rest before rushing to the ferry to travel to Ireland. We are close to Surf Snowdonia and other attractions. We have also just made friends with a local riding stables which twice a week have rides along the beach at a very reasonable rate.
  • Diane is such a friendly host. The place is nice and clean, room spacious and comfy beds. We could use the kitchen as well. Would highly recommend to stay with Diane.

  • Had a wonderful 2 night stay at Gavins place. Gavin and Nicky were very accommodating. Firstly, having just finished the adjoining property, Gavin suggested we have that one instead as the sofa bed was slightly bigger so our 2 children would be more comfortable. As we were the first people to stay in the property, there was a slight glitch with the TV, however Gavin immediately attended to fix the problem. The accommodation itself is finished to a high standard. Beds super comfortable and the hot tub was particularly enjoyable having just been walking in the windy weather. Would definitely recommend and will be booking again.
