Step into this newly built villa (12 guests) with a stunning sea view less than 1h from Helsinki. Golf course within a 2-minute drive. Enjoy the beautiful view as well as the hot tub, sauna, gym, pool table, modern kitchen and dedicated workspace. For an additional charge (285€/night) you can rent the guest house (6 guests). Take a steam bath in the wooden sauna and cool off on the terrace while looking at the beautiful scenery to the private beach or retreat to the sofa to read. 94 km from HKI-Vantaa airport (an hour drive). 5 km to store (Orimattilan Prisma). 16 km to Lahti, the nearest big city. Come and enjoy the peace of the countryside in a log-framed village school built in 1933. You will be staying in the former folk school teacher's apartment. The sleeping accommodations are for five, but if you want, you can get a baby bed, as well as extra mattresses, the space is 60m2. You also have the opportunity to sauna in the atmospheric wood-fired yard sauna. You can rent the sauna for an additional fee. Welcome!
