Family Escape on Main Street Frisco

The wooden fixtures and hardwood floors of this home create a natural look that embodies the spirit of Colorado. Frisco Short Term Rental License: STR19-F0259 This brand new 2 bedroom (3 bed) condominium is perfect for a family escape to the mountains or to share a weekend away with friends. A new build, the condo is immaculately equip and conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Frisco bars and restaurants. Both bedrooms are ensuite. The first bedroom has a king bed and the second room has queen over queen bunk beds. The lounge has an incredible view of Greys and Toreys peak, 2 of Colorado's famous ft mountains. Which can be enjoyed in front of the gas fire or out on the small deck. Condo sleeps 6 comfortably (1 King Bed and a Queen over Queen bunkbed), has WiFi internet, TV via Amazon Firestick. Live channels via Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix and HBO are also available. The condominium has underfloor heating throughout, gas fireplace and a fully equip kitchen and single car garage. Parking for one additional vehicle is also provided. Just outside the condo is a summit stage bus stop providing access to 4 mountains. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes until 2:00am. Perfect if you want to avoid parking charges at the slopes or just enjoy apres-ski and leave the car. The condominium has WiFi. We have provided an Amazon Fire Stick, which includes HBO, Netflix as well as amazon Prime shows and films which are free to use. Any films rented will simply be deducted from your deposit at the end of your stay. The Kitchen The condominium contains gas stove, microwave/grill, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Cookware such as pots and pans and baking trays is provided. We don't live local so we won't get in your way! Located at the base of Mount Royal, the condo is walking distance to Frisco's wealth of authentic bars and delicious local restaurants. Spend the day in the town or head to one of the many picturesque hiking and biking trails in the area. The summit stage stops just outside the property boundary offering free transport i the slopes and all major towns. Runs untill 2:00am. Avoid expensive parking at the slopes and enjoy a beer!

Fun & Cozy Cabin without the Woods

A hideaway close to Summit County activities. This hand built cabin features two bedrooms with double beds and a loft with two single beds. The hot tub on the private deck gives 180 degree views of the Gore and Ten Mile Ranges. Please note - this is not a luxury home. The cabin is not secluded. The cabin is generally very quiet but you might hear occasional traffic noises. On the plus side, the cabin is close to all amenities in Silverthorne and has a very comfortable vibe.
