Waterfront vacation rentals in Frisco

We loved staying here and definitely would stay here again. There place is right on a river. We loved sitting on the balcony listening to the water. There is also a walking path right there so it was easy to walk to restaurants. The house is well equipped to make cooking there easy if you like to do that. It had everything we needed. The hot tub is right outside there place which was convenient after hiking all day. Chris was very responsive to questions and check in/out was very easy.

Very attentive, thoughtful space. Very clean, organized, well supplied and welcoming (without any excess clutter). Felt right at home immediately and the space was larger than I expected. The comfortable mattresses were appreciated. Exceptional location with less than a 10 minute walk to Main Street. I would definitely consider staying again.

This was the second time the my teenage daughter, dad, and I stayed at Kris and Karen’s place for a multi-day ski trip. It works perfectly for our needs.

It was a beautiful place right on the water. Being able to have the windows open and listen to the river was very peaceful. The inside was also very clean. The bed and pillow were super comfy and we loved the soft blankets.

I want to rent this place every year. We had a fantastic experience. The thing that sets this place apart is the staff in the building. It's like staying in a hotel room with all the amenities of a front desk staff that's there 24/7, and more! The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. And they cleaned the entire unit for us every single day! That was honestly one of the best parts. Plus, there's a free ski valet where they grab your gear as soon as you walk off of the gondola and hand it back to you at the same location the next morning. A beautiful heated pool and TWO outdoor hottubs at the base of the beautiful mountain really took this spot to the next level. Will definitely be back!

I am currently working in Avon Monday through Thursday. Come home to Denver Thursday night. The place I had before wasn't nearly as comforting. I felt much more comfortable here. Super easy to get into and Amy left very detailed instructions on entering the unit and parking. Nottingham lake is right outside the door. It was wonderful to get off work and go for a run or go fishing. Beautiful scenery. The shower was big and had 3 heads. Absolutely incredible. The washer and dryer are amenities that I seek out. I appreciate having them so that I can pack clean clothes. They are loud appliances tho, so if you are a light sleeper do your laundry during the day. I'll be staying here again when I get back from vacation!

Clean and has everything you need for essential necessities. Very convenient location, about 5-10 minutes from downtown and the slopes! Can’t beat it.

We had such a great time staying here. Colorado was beautiful in the summer and I loved the views of the mountains and the lake from the windows in the living room. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathrooms were very clean. The place was lovely and it is a great location. It was a great private get away.

This was our second stay at Desiree’s beautiful Airbnb, and we hope to return again and again. It is indeed a very dog-friendly place to chill with the fur baby, but it also is clean and comfy for us humans. We love being able to sit by the river, or watch tv while our dog runs in and out the doggie door to enjoy “her” huge fenced-in backyard. We’ve not had a single issue with anything - the beds are comfy and Desiree provides all the thoughtful amenities. Thank you for another wonderful stay!

This was a retreat and spa in one for us! The house is very spacious - my friend and I had our own separate quarters to hang out in and the common areas to hang out. We enjoyed the mini trails across the river with lots of little spots to sit and relax. The humming birds were buys non-stop all day enjoying the feeders. The sauna and hot tub were in good working condition and helped in relaxing all the more. We would definitely come back to stay here!

I can not say enough about this place it was exactly what our family was looking for. If you are looking to get out of the city and relax then this is the place for you. We spent every evening in the hot tub with the most beautiful views. Sitting on the porch one morning a fox came down the driveway, a moose came right to the water 15 ft in front of me, an elk was walking through the trees to the right of me and a momma duck had her babies out on the lake in front of me all within an hour. God really showed off that day. The home was so spacious there was plenty of room for all 6 of us. It was very clean and well cared for. There are plenty of hiking trails within a few miles if that’s your thing. We also spent a day in the hot tub, played board games and cooked on the grill, so if you don’t want to go anywhere there is plenty to do right at the cabin! 10 out of 10 would recommend Chris and Catherine’s place!

This stay was so lovely! We enjoyed sitting next to Clear Creek and watching all the rafters pass by. The proximity to Idaho Springs gave a lot of opportunities to explore. Beth was also very communicative before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again, and would recommend the stay to others!

The stay was beautiful. Delaying recommended a few restaurants and they were all excellent. The back porch right up on the river is stunning in both morning and evening.

Had a great time this weekend! We lost power and Dale made sure we were comfortable and helped us out. Fast responses as well.

We really loved staying at Chantal’s quiet home. It’s close enough to the village to have easy access, but also far enough that the location feels truly peaceful, private, and quiet. Her place was amazingly well-stocked with everything we needed to do some light cooking, stay comfy during the night with a humidifier, and do laundry.

We had a gorgeous 3 nights in Billy & Desiree’s cabin. They have thought of everything you could need and the cabin is warm and cosy. The bottle of wine was delicious, bed super comfy, plentiful supplies of tea and coffee and the location of the cabin was so peaceful, on the edge of the river. There is a great Rec Center with pool, hot tubs and gym which was great at the end of a long day of activity. We couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable & restful place, assisted by super responsive and helpful hosts & we definitely recommend this beautiful place. Thank you so much Desiree & Billy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay in Frisco! This condo is a top level unit (nobody above you), with light and bright windows and high ceilings, gorgeous views across the lake and into the mountains. We saw a wild fox from the dining room window just after arrival. Very magical. The unit is very spacious for up to 6 people, and nicely updated/renovated. A very quick drive to Old Town Frisco, as well as just 15-30 min drive to several world-class ski resorts: Vail, Copper, Keystone, Breckenridge, etc. We had an awesome stay!

Great location, very close to main street and bus stops. Most places such as restaurants, shops, and grocery stores are within walking distance. The pool, gaming room, and the movie theater in the resort (access was included as part of the stay) were great in keeping my kids entertained. A very enjoyable stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Half way between shops and skiing. Plenty of space and amenities for our family. Beautiful views. Lots of supplies for cooking meals in the kitchen. Would love to stay here again!

This condo has a great view of the mountains and is perfectly located in downtown Breckenridge. The condo had everything we needed for our 2 night visit. Comfortable bed and nice amenities. Highly recommend.

This is our third stay at this condo, which is the best endorsement for you to stay here. I cannot say enough good things about the condo. It's huge, large enough to comfortably house 6 people at once. It's extremely clean and tastefully decorated with lived-in furniture. It's a real home. If you cook, you'll find a fully-stocked kitchen, with more than enough of everything to make countless meals. The location is amazing. You are 15-30 minutes from either Keystone, Copper or Breck, and while we haven't been here in summer, I can imagine how much there is to do in the area. The scenery is breathtaking, surrounded as it is by mountains, lakes and forests. Frisco and Breckenridge are charming towns with plenty of nice restaurants and shops. Finally, the hosts are really the best, nicest people. Shawna, the host's daughter, with whom we dealt exclusively, was always responsive and extremely accommodating. Two thumbs up!

The host was very responsive and accommodating—we asked about the possibility of an early check-in, and they quickly confirmed that we could check in at 11:30am, which was super helpful and much appreciated. The room itself was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated with interesting pictures and photos that gave it a warm and personal touch. We also really enjoyed the smart home setup—having Alexa available made things even more convenient and added a modern feel to the space. Overall, a comfortable and well-thought-out stay. We’d happily come back again!
