This charming, fully renovated, 2BR 1940's cottage is in a prime location one block to beach. Quintessential Folly layout - a huge front porch, capturing the ocean breeze, living room flanked with two bedrooms, both of which have queen beds and each with en-suite full bath. A light filled kitchen with new appliances and all amenities to whip up a meal on vacation. Only a short walk or bike ride to Center Street for great restaurants and shops. Charleston is less than a 15 minute drive.

Smile House

The Smile house shares a porch area with the main house/Inn at Beachside. The 2 king bed/2 bath beach cottage (formerly Christy's dental office) has since been converted back and filled with Folly charm! Amenities include fully equipped kitchen, living areas, as well as a large front porch! Paid parking is available across the street, however there is parking in front on a first come first serve basis. Due to the great location, many guests never use their car once they have arrived.

The Garden Folly Guest House

Our architect said, “this is NOT a garage, it’s a Garden Folly!” Our Guest House has a bird’s eye view of the rose covered pecan tree and a vista of the marsh and the Wappoo Creek. When we rebuilt our 1930's garage we saved all the beaded siding and pine floor. My husband enjoyed incorporating many design elements and creative ideas. It was quickly becoming the Taj Garage. We decided it was just the kind of property we enjoy when we travel, so, Voila! we decided to share it with you!

Walk to all the restaurants and shops on Center street!!! With a freshly renovated interior and awesome outdoor spaces this classic Folly cottage will not disappoint. Enjoy coffee on the screened front porch in the morning, or walk next door to the Lost Dog Cafe, and enjoy the best breakfast in Charleston. Take in the afternoon sun on the side deck playing cornhole and enjoying a cold beverage. Also don't miss the huge outdoor shower and super comfy beds. Beach chairs included!

Large Guesthouse with Private Dock & Marsh Views

This newly built carriage house is separate from the main house. The cottage is about 1,200 sqft so it very open and spacious and great views of marsh and our tidal creek. We have a separate work area with desk and a massive dinning table if you need more room to work or to gather with friends. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, massive shower, the list goes on.
