Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti, which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 10min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths right behind the house as well as two good restaurants.

Beautiful partially furnished 2 room apartment on the sunny slope of Küblis. In all rooms, a new plate floor with floor heating and a completely new bathroom. The small apartment is very simple but beautiful. The apartment is integrated in the single-family house in a sunny and quiet location. Large parking available.
