The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Lugano, bathed in sunlight. A 180° view enchants the guests. In 15 minutes you can reach the lake and the center on a footpath. It is 500 meters to the bus station of line 2, which goes to the lake and the city center. The 65 square meter apartment consists of a large living room with a balcony facing the lake. Magnificent view also from the double bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, as is the completely newly renovated bathroom with shower.

A contemporary kitchen is presented with sleek white cabinetry and modern appliances. A large window offers a view of the surrounding mountains. A glass dining table is center stage, accompanied by sleek dining chairs, while a small potted plant adds a touch of greenery.

Marugg's place exceeded all of our expectations!!!! Lugano was our final stop on our 2 week family trip through Italy. We experienced many beautiful places throughout the 2 weeks but Marugg's place exceeded them all!!! The attention to detail was phenomenal. The location was 'perfetto,' the views spectacular and the home pristine. Our grandchildren made excellent use of the pool and the outdoor space was incredible! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the expansive patio area soaking in the tranquil views of the lake and all of the beautiful flowers. The smell of honeysuckle abounded outdoors ~ Marugg's home truly encompassed all of the senses. We cannot recommend it enough and we can't wait to return on our next visit to see our Swiss family! Marugg, thank you so much for your kind hospitality! We feel honored to have been welcomed into your exceptional home. We made so many beautiful memories with our family. Stunning apartment! Beautiful decor and wonderful view. Erica met us and helped us feel right at home. We would have loved to stay longer and will return if ever given the chance!

This was our first time visiting Switzerland from the US, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lena‘s Lakefront condo. She was wonderful at creating an at-home atmosphere and making sure we have everything we needed to cook, wash laundry, and navigate through Lugano. It was very convenient walk outside of our door each morning to grab a coffee or quick breakfast at the local hotel. In the evenings we would cook a homemade dinner and enjoy the view from the balcony. A short walk to the lake was a great time to spend a hot evening. What a magical place! Lena is a great host who thought diligently about anything you could need to make a comfortable stay. We hope to return soon!
