Friendly and responsive owner. One thing I would note: this is a basement unit and the family does live upstairs so you will hear footsteps and voices as if you were in any other apartment with tenants above you. Other than that though, the pictures are very accurate. You do get the space to yourself and street/driveway parking is very easy. Very close to the airport as well. Will take about 40 minutes to get to downtown Denver with traffic, 20-25 minutes without.

Great and comfy place to stay!

Namaste! Esayas and his wife was so hospitable and thoughtful. They made sure that my mother, daughter and I had very comfortable beds, spacious accommodations and such a cozy stay at their beautiful home. They were prompt to attend our request for some extra towels before we left for a day to the hot springs. I definitely would stay here again if they would have us. Great space. Close and convenient to DIA!

Took my girlfriend to Denver for the first time. 8 Hr drive. We get to our first airbnb & what did we set our selves up for smh. It's a 1 unit house with a downstairs & upstairs, you go around to the back of the fence, open the gate & when you walk in there's literally steps, a squeaky bed, a bathroom, w tv & a dresser. I automatically looked at her & said hell no. So we canceled our reservation there, slept in a hotel parking lot & checked into here the next day. 1000% saved our trip. Great area, A1 hospitality, Space was extremely nice & clean, we will definitely be back on future trips. Book here, they can easily charge more for how nice everything is but it's a steal for the price! Lifesavers.

Stayed in this basement apartment for 2 months for business and loved it. Getting in and out of the apartment without was simple; it did not sense I was disrupting anyone. Access from the apartment to work and to the airport was effortless. The location was perfect, close to grocery, restaurants and pharmacy. Asaya and his family were very welcoming and always available to assist you with your questions and needs.

We enjoyed our time at the Esayas's place. There were plenty of blankets and pillows to create such a warm atmosphere. They had both a heater and fan to create the environment you're looking for. The space contains a full kitchen, so you can feel like you're really at home. We highly recommend staying with them. They are sweet people with a sweet spot.

John has a beautiful home. It is located in a nice housing development. The house is very close to the main road that runs past the development. In addition to a private bedroom and bathroom, the space has a family room with a very large screen tv.

Massive space, very comfortable

Great place to stay, great price and great location. Very private nice place to relax Bed very plush and comfortable and the couch is insanely comfortable could have fallen asleep on that no problem. Nice big tv to relax and watch Xfinity. Very clean. Nice big bathroom. Coffee maker and mini fridge for storage was nice. And so was the desk in the bedroom if you need a work space. John is very accommodating and very nice and gives you your privacy.

John is a wonderful host and provides excellent communication and transparency. They keep the home clean and updated. When you first walk in it feels like a model home it’s so clean, organized, and well decorated! What you get for the price is fantastic! My family and I had such a great time at John’s home and highly recommend booking this location if you want a quiet, relaxing family neighborhood. The home was equip with everything you could need during your stay, including games to play for all ages (which our kids loved!) The house is in a very quiet neighborhood, close to stores and restaurants. It's a very pretty home, comfortable and pretty much has all you'll need for an enjoyable stay. It's about 25 mins from Downtown Denver and the same to the airport. I would definitely recommend!

This was the perfect place for my 6-day stay in CO. My family of 6 fit very comfortably in John’s home. The beds were comfortable, TVs were huge, showers were nice and the yard was perfect for the kids to play in when it snowed. Thanks for the addition of the sleds for the kids to play on. I will for sure stay at this house again.

It’s a split level home with the run of the basement. It’s got a lot of detailed touches for guest comfort. It’s not the quietest place. It is the most well appointed.

Katy’s place was so nice. Booking and checking in was incredibly easy. Her place was so clean and felt cozy. Perfect place if your staying in Aurora.

It was my boyfriend & I’s first time in Denver, we booked with Dynae and her husband because of the 420 touches they provided and actually being able to smoke in the home. When we actually arrived it was so much better than we expected. The place is complete with everything you need for staying in Denver a few days! Close to both DT and the airport. Very clean as well, would definitely book again. (We definitely plan on checking out their other locations as well!)

Well laid out and furnished guest suite apartment with lots of natural light and view toward open space/walking trail. Thoughtfully furnished for travelers. A full kitchen for cooking with good supply of pots and pans and dishes. Very clean. We enjoyed having the table and chairs in addition to the comfortable seating area. Great privacy and autonomy with guest suite entrance off the covered back patio. Quiet neighborhood with parking in front. Easy communication.

Wonderful apartment. Very clean with a ton of natural light.

Barry keeps its so clean, simple and private. The place was very much updated but still had a cozy feel. Not to mention the bed was comfortable, the shower was nice (good pressure) and they even provided heaters incase it got to cold. All around I was pleasantly surprised!

Space is huge....more than we needed. Parking spaces are just across the house inside the cul de sac. Entrance opens into the family's home so you will be inside their space for a few steps until you reach the door that leads to the basement apartment. Family is sweet and accommodating.

This place is AWESOME. I’ve stayed in dozens of BnBs and this is definitely the best. I normally stay in an environment where I have the entire place to myself but Ken and Danyell were very warm and inviting. Cozy bed, awesome view from the hot tub, and great times in the garden room 🙌🏼

Ken and Danyell are so sweet! They’re super laid back and accommodating! The Green room and being 420 welcoming in fucking dope! We loved how nice and classy it was but still able to smoke. We are already trying to figure out when to come back! Plus the goats are funny as hell! 😂💕

Monica and John's place was awesome. It was like staying in a nice hotel room - all the amenities you need + a television and extra thoughtful touches. It is not in a "downtown" area but you can easily walk to a plaza that has a supermarket/restaurants/pharmacy + anything else you need, a park that has great benches for reading + playground for kids, and a public library if you need to get work done on the go! Absolutely perfect for anyone passing through Denver airport.

Everything you need for a beautiful stay in Colorado. Beautifully situated on a golf course. A nice area to unwind in the backyard. A great living room. A nicely situated little kitchen. Bedroom has everything you need with a great little bathroom.

A kitchenette is in this walk out basement. That has everything you need for making breakfast lunch and dinner. A perfectly situated bathroom, bedroom and living area.

Anouar was a generous and delightful host. His lovely property that overlooks the golf course was perfect for my needs and I can wholeheartedly recommend it. More than a great host Anouar was a great ambassador for the community of Parker recommending different things to do, different places to go. His civic involvement and the knowledge he shared about Parker were truly impressive. He's an asset to the community!

Awesome place!! Rochell could not have been a better host. Greeted me at the door and showed me all the bells and whistles. The room was super cozy and clean. She also gave me some piano lesson the two months I stayed there. Had an Amazing stay, would highly recommend.

This place is awesome, privacy being a big part, but once you get to know Rochell you’ll want to interact and start to feel comfortable. We had movie nights and great laughs. My husband and I had a late flight and needed a place to stay near the airport. Dom's place was perfect for us. It was just a short drive from the airport, we had our own entrance so we didn't need to wake up our host, and had free parking. The room was very clean, quiet, safe and stylish. We had our own bathroom and there was even a fridge and small eating area, complete with snacks and drinks. I have stayed in a lot of Airbnb's and this one had so many thoughtful touches. This is a great location it's fairly close to the airport interstate 70 and interstate 225. Find me a restaurant stores grocery stores nearby. The hosts were great they brought bottled water and made sure that I was comfortable.

Dandena’s place is in a quiet neighborhood. The room, kitchen, and bathroom were clean. Dandena and his wife quickly stocked the kitchen with the cooking utensils I needed, and he checked up on me and the other guests frequently to make sure we had all we needed. He even helped me with my bags when I moved in. The ground floor had its own kitchen, living room, and bathroom, which I wasn’t expecting but really loved. I recommend his place and would stay there again!

Chris and Denise were very hospitable despite our late night and last minute arrival notice. We loved their amazing fur babies, both Belgian Malinois mixes. Amazing service, nice and clean, so friendly, I felt like Home, I would highly recommend it to anyone

Had to extend my stay the stay was so amazing but at the end they sent me a message claiming that I left a stain in the carpet that I’m so sure that It wasn’t mine but it’s whatever

Jimmy has a stylish place near the airport that is perfect for any traveler needing close airport access! His house is clean and spacious, and a beautiful/sweet bulldog is in the living room. He’s super lovey and worth staying at the airbnb for by himself!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Jimmy’s place! It was easy, convenient (right near the DIA Denver airport!) and the hosts were amazing. Friendly, open, and I was totally at ease! Love their dog! Space was clean, hip, and SO comfortable! I rested very well throughout my stay! HIGHLY recommended. If I’m in Denver again, I will choose this spot again if available!

The pictures really do this place no credit, while small, this RV has everything you might need and is very nice smelling and modern. The hosts take this listing to the professional level and there is not a detail which is neglected. 10/10

Linda & Tom's place was the perfect combination of easy to get to yet beautifully remote and peaceful. Linda graciously accommodated my later-than-anticipated check in, and my dogs were delighted with the beds and treats. The dogs and I enjoyed a stroll along quiet roads in the early morning stillness, and when we got back it was fun to see some of the dog training activity going on as the morning got underway. Linda was so thoughtful about the dogs' needs, which is always the most important thing to me wherever I stay. It was nice being part of the scene at the ranch!

The place was perfect. It is an RV on a ranch, exactly as described. Check in was easy. Finding the place was easy, although the house numbers are a little harder to read at night. The place felt like my very own. It had everything I needed and more. It was a perfect, peaceful, private getaway. Exactly what I was looking for.

Beautiful setting out in the countryside. Could see the mountains from my window and the sunsets were gorgeous! Our host was very thoughful greeting Titus with his own bowls, dog bed, and treat. He definitely gave it 5 paws up. The thoughtful touches made the stay! It was like glamping and my first time in a RV! I loved every bit of it!

Location is beautiful and RV is very well kept and private. Excellent find!
