The unit contains a large flat screen TV, DVD, wi-fi, games, mags, washing machine etc. Fully self-contained overlooking a manicured garden setting with ocean views. The local shopping centre is a 1 minute drive or short walk, offering newsagency, eateries, supermarket etc. We have lived in this region for 30 years and can offer the best the area has to offer, whether it be activities, beaches, restaurants etc.

Air conditioned, wonderful timber ceiling, small deck for a quiet BBQ and ideal for a couple with two children. No problems parking on the driveway or in a one-car carport.
