A beautiful and unique space, a memorable experience - that’s for sure. The place was just as described, with amazing attention to details and extra touches like great coffee machine and milk provided, plenty of towels and warm, cozy bedding. The forest theme created an environment more relaxing than I even imagined. The location of the apartment, being at the end of the hall meant it was a quiet oasis in the middle of the CBD. Can’t fault this place!

This magical abode is exactly what it looks like in the pictures. The hosts have been fantastic with communicating. I will definitely be back in the future

Perfect little spot right downtown. Easy to find, great location, easy access, clean, lots of little extra’s such as; cell phone charging cords, universal plugs, lots of towels, face clothes, things that you may need, but forgot to pack. Some may find the street noise abit loud for sleeping at times, I did not, but, she even has ear plugs there for you. I would highly recommend 👍

That is a sunshine, bright room. You can see the great Library from the window. The interior is amazing, can enjoy 80's record jacket. Also can enjoy cooking in the kitchen, the host prepare good stuff. Close to tram stop and Melbourne Central Station. Charlee is very kind and friendly.

Charlee has a thoughtful attention to detail, including lots of finishing touches to make this charming place feel welcoming and fun.

Charlee helped us with a last-minute late check-in, which was appreciated! The space is stylish and comfortable with everything you need. Only issue is if you're a light sleeper and bothered by the noise of the tram - earplugs are provided, however. Thanks again Charlee! :)

The location was perfect, in the city centre. Bron kindly guided me and recommended a coffee shop. Michael greeted me in Korean. In particular, the dog difference is so cute and lovely. I also enjoyed toast every morning. If you come to Melbourne, I want to stay here again !! :)

I wrote an extensive review about my last stay here back in May 2019 so feel free to check that out. This time around I stayed from 5th to 9th February 2020. As with my last visit, it’s a wonderful experience staying with Bronwyn, Michael and their furry child Chai. So great to meet Michael in person this time too! Their super spacious warehouse apartment has everything you could ask for, plus the very central location in the city makes getting to the major local sights and CBD shopping / eating districts a breeze. I also really appreciated the complimentary continental breakfast that was so thoughtfully laid out the night before. This gave me a good energy boost at the start of the day as this time I ventured a bit further out and caught more trams - note that Melbourne is quite flat and very easy to get around on foot, which I mostly did during my last visit. Thank you for your warm and gracious hospitality as always.

I spent five wonderful days here. The location of the apartment is really amazing, in the heart of the city center. From here, it is very convenient to go anywhere. The house is the same as the pictures look like an art gallery, full of art atmosphere. Living here, has the private room and the bathroom, also can use Brown's kitchen, open kitchen, the tableware is very complete. Brown & Michael, They are very enthusiastic and made me feel very warm. They also gave me some very convenient and useful tour advice. There are extra services, a hearty breakfast, a bottle of wine, a transit card, washer, and dryer, and can store luggage for a while. They are really considerate for the guests. If you want a deep experience of Melbourne's life, come here ！ Brown loves food，if she has time, you can cook with her. I'll come again next time. I had a truly wonderful 4 night stay. Bronwyn and Michael made me feel comfortable and cared for during a difficult time. They are both really charming and generous hosts. Their hosting arrangements gave me the flexibility and privacy to comfortably interact or not depending on how I felt at the time. Their place is stunning and the location fabulous. The apartment is conveniently located on Hardware street which is especially great for getting a feel for Melbourne's street cafe's and general vibe. We travelled with a 4 month old and found the lift to work well for taking the pram in and out of the vicinity. A comfortable treasured space in superb location made it easy for us to explore the city without too much hassle.

Great location in the CBD. Good sized bedrooms and I loved the water pressure in the shower! Easy apartment to stay at I and enjoyed my time there.

Sunny’s apartment was great for my 2 night stay with my mother for our business trip, the place was clean and central to everything. The tran stop is right In front though most places are walking distance anyway. Would happily stay here again.

The location in Melbournes’s CBD is fabulous. It’s right on the free tram line and near many tourist destinations. The Airbnb itself is spacious, light and a comfy place to come back to after a busy day of sightseeing. The full kitchen amenities are a plus. We highly recommend this place. N & J - Seattle

Chris and Elle’s apartment is conveniently located in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD next to great shops and cafes. Supermarket nearby is very handy. My husband and I stayed with another couple and had a bedroom and bathroom each. Stocked with coffee, tea and pantry essentials. Thanks for having us!

What can we say? This is a great property in a great location with great hosts. We stayed for a week just after the Australian Open while Melbourne was still buzzing. The location is unbeatable and the building is absolutely beautiful. Everything we needed was included and the hosts were so quick at responding to queries and organising check in and check out. They also seem to really care about ensuring your stay is great and providing local knowledge of the area. Thanks again, highly recommended.

The central location and views towards Rod Laver Arena, MCG and river, are spectacular. The apartment is very clean, modern and well equipped. If the windows are open, the train noise is loud but you get used to it. Chris and Elle were very quick to respond to questions and provided extra fan on request to assist air con in smaller front bedroom.

Phil's place was clean and tidy and well set up for what I needed. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room had a good set up with both bed and couch and large TV with Netflix and WiFi available. Good hot shower.

The landlord is very good, the bed is very comfortable, very suitable for living, the family dogs are also very obedient. There are trams in the door is very convenient, hope to have the opportunity to still live.

Aaron’s little nest was our perfect port in the storm during President’s Cup weekend! We needed a comfy bed and convenient location not too far from Royal Melbourne Golf Club to crash after long days out walking and it suited us just right. Even better, there was an IGA + liquor in walking distance around the corner and a killer cafe for breakfast. Easy and cheap to get around to local restaurant spots in Elsternwick and Elwood too. Highly recommend for anyone attending golf tournaments at Black Rock as it only takes 15 minutes tops by car to arrive, so much better than trekking in from the city :)

A cosy unit located fairly central to most attractions with only a 30 minute drive to the CBD. There was an iron and hairdryer available as well as a heater for the night. Aaron was very responsive and the check in and out process was very quick and easy.

Ideal as a base for visiting around the Melbourne area and peninsula. We were a short distance from shops/eateries and and train station which was useful as we were first time visitors. Having the allocated covered parking space for our hire car was useful.

Great place and very reasonable price. Place looks exactly as shown in the pictures shown. 2 bedrooms share a single toilet and bath. There are 6 rooms in total in the house, met a few nice people from all over the country. Overall, a great and cosy place to stay.

Rebecca provided a really clean, large and comfortable room. The bed is duper comfortable and the public area is big and fully-equipped. She is a very nice and warm host and have helped us a lot! It was a wonderful stay there and I will definitely be back!

Unreal stay everything I need and great value, unreal location

Rebecca and Bill are genuine hosts whose place is lovely and has all you need to make your stay enjoyable; brand new house with spacious room, clean kitchen and bathroom. Nice location too as train stations(Caulfield, Carnegie, Glenhuntly) are just walking distance. Plus, the biggest shopping centre(Chadstone) in Melbourne is pretty close to the area. We highly recommend to stay at Rebecca and Bill’s!

Janet's place is what it is. Simple, easy, clean, reasonably priced. A bit bright in the bedroom, as there are no curtains or shades for french doors opening to the deck outside. Also, remember to bring your linen (towels, sheets etc.). As none are provided. It is definitely a nice, quiet, tidy place though. Enjoy!

Tidy and warm place!

Janet's place is great if you want to stay in Carnegie. It is well priced and we found the apartment warm and cosy. There is a park right next to the front door and we found the bed to be comfortable. It is in an apartment block and we found it to be quiet. Thanks heaps Janet.

Had a good time stayed there. It was clean, cozy and convenience. Very close to public transportation (5mn walk to train station). A single bedroom with pretty large space enough for what you paid for. Very recommended for solo traveller.

Cheap, fuss-free accommodation. Super close to the train station and supermarket, and in a nice wee part of town. The bedroom is a garage so wasn’t the cleanest or most soundproof room I’ve ever been in, but it was more than adequate for my needs. I would stay here again 😊

This is a very comfortable home away from home. Walking distance to train or tram to the city, and to local supermarket, cafes and trendy restaurants. The private courtyard is lovely for evening dining, and access to a small patio in the shady tranquil setting of the back garden for breakfast is delightful.

I had an amazing Christmas in Carnegie Donna’s unit was great - well laid out with everything I needed and loads of space I really appreciated the personal touches with a Christmas card and chocolates I look forward to staying there again

Great place to stay in

It's a great location if you need to stay at Carnegie or close to transport. The station is just across the road yet the road is reasonably quiet. You can walk to the local IGA supermarket or around the corner to Woolworths. Although I cooked my now meals, Carnegie is well known for its eateries especially Korean food. The place is very clean and very comfortable. I slept extremely well. There is ample room up to four people (two couples) as it has two bedrooms with a queen size bed and good wardrobe space. Holly is a wonderful host who will provide you with every assistance necessary. The unit is on the first floor so you will have to walk up a flight of stairs. The undercover car space is close to the stairwell. Once you park your car, you should need need to use it again until you leave due to its excellent location.

This is the best stay I have had in a long time. Exceeded my expectations and was better than hotels too. You have access to the kitchen, laundry, car park etc. It's fantastic. Also the host is very generous and has kept his entire house very clean. Would highly recommend couples as it's a small cute place for them.

We spent 2 weeks here after arriving in Australia and trying to find an apartment. The house is extremely clean with everything you could possibly need. Siu is very kind and nothing is too much trouble. He goes over and above for his guests.

Great for travellers with babies

Our stay at Hannah’s place was very good. The room is big an comfortable for our family of 4. Bath and kitchenette were quite small and less comfortable for us that with small kids lived the space intensively. Nevertheless we have always been offered to use the main house facilities. Hannah’s and her husband were very kind and friendly with us.

Chenhui’s place is outstanding value. It has everything that you need. What I loved was a large desk to work on. Plenty of cupboard space, lock on your bedroom door and full use of house facilities. Location in Glen Waverley is great. Hence, I keep going back there
