This is an upper apartment in an owner occupied house off Hertel Avenue in wonderful North Buffalo. We are steps from restaurants, bars, boutiques and grocery stores. Minutes to UB, Buff State, Canisius College and architectural gems including the Frank Loyd Wright house. We are 15 minutes to downtown where the Sabres NHL hockey and Bisons triple A baseball play and currently Bluejays major league baseball, 20 min from Niagara Falls, Canada, the airport and Highmark Stadium home of the Bills.
