Ann-kay's Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! It was immaculately clean, beautifully updated, and had everything we needed to prepare a meal. The space was wonderfully quiet and just nice and clean overall. The huge highlight is when Anna-kay went out of her way to decorate for my boyfriend's birthday with balloons and birthday signs, it made the celebration truly special. Highly highly recommend.

It was a pleasure staying at Joel’s place as always feels right at home Peaceful, clean with a friendly atmosphere. Whenever am going to Jamaica this is my 1# go to place. The apartment is very specious host is responsive in a timely manner & accommodating. Having somewhere this peaceful & safe is a plus being on vacation you can relax & enjoy the island.

Great location in Ocho Rios with private cove a few steps away from the Airbnb for swimming and a pool as well. Quiet surroundings and the ultimate relaxation. I would definitely come back!

Overall great place to stay. View from the unit was great! You can see Ochi Beach! The location is the reason we booked, you are in a walkable area and can walk to restaurants, catch a taxi or if you have a personal car drive to nearby .attractions. We felt safe walking. If you politely say no to people they will leave you alone. My only reservation was after using warm water else where in the unit, the upstairs shower did not produce warm water, but for a short stay lukewarm/cold water is not a deal breaker. Will overall stay again at this unit.

Columbus Heights never disappoints the views from this location was very beautiful no matter day or night . Bonnie was always just a text away when we needed to ask a question or had a concern . This is a bottom level air bnb located right next to the main walk way to other family’s condos so you must remember everyone stops and has a chat and visit as they pass you while sitting on your deck as Jamaica is full of friendly people. It can get a little loud in the evenings as some of the locals do play music into the evening but with that being said we go to bed early . This air bnb won’t disappoint you it’s fully equipped with more than you need for a long or short stay as we stayed a month . Very comfortable and felt safe at all times . Thank you Bonnie for allowing us to stay at your place hope to return back soon .

This is our second consecutive 3 month visit to this property. David is an amazing host! The location is unbeatable. A very short walk to Ocho Rios Bay Beach. Everything that you need is within walking distance. This includes grocery stores, restaurants, ATM's, etc. Margaritaville is directly across the street in a complex that has a number of restaurants, gift shops, tour operators, etc. We will definitely be returning to this property for another long term stay! Very clean environment that looks exactly as described and in pictures. Antony is an excellent host, he has been very helpful and understanding. He was able to accommodate us on a last minute booking. This is our second time booking and will definitely book again.

Wonderful experience at FDR! It’s very family friendly. Our favorite part of the grounds was the access to the adjoining beach. We walked over each day and had practically private access to the coral reefs. We brought snorkeling gear and spent hours exploring, spotting puffer fish, stingrays, and even a king crab! The unit itself was very clean and spacious. We didn’t do much cooking, but the kitchen was stocked with all the cookware and dishes you would ever need. Very nice property and super friendly and helpful hosts, would definitely recommend!

Overall, I really liked the place. My whole family was able to stay very simply it was let us stairs, so must have the ability to walk up many stairs to get to the room. Also, the water heater switch was something that I figured out just being In Jamaica a lot it wasn’t necessarily something told to me so I think a part of the instruction should be turn on the water heater an hour before you need the water to be hot cause I took two days of cold showers before figuring out the timing of the water heater. There was only 1 remote for the ACs & the entire place so some people ended up sleeping & freezing because another person had the one remote in their room and they didn’t want to disturb them so that was a bit of an inconvenience. Overall, the place was super neat super clean. The beds were great & she was a great host. I would definitely say that the veranda’s were dirty and the main reason we chose this spot was because we’d be able to walk into the beach but couldn't bc algae.

Loved this place!!! Everything was super clean and instructions were very clear! The view from the balcony is amazing!! I will definitely stay here every time! The host was amazing! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Although it was very short, my stay was very comfortable. The property is in a safe, well maintained community, and has all the right amenities for a short or long term stay. Miriam was accommodating of my requests, and always responsive. Thanks again!

My husband and I stayed here for his birthday and our anniversary! The location is perfect and walking distance to so much. Our family stays close by and we were able to visit with them as well and spend time with them. Suzanne has an amazing spot. It was super clean. Stocked with everything we needed. And made us feel relaxed and at home. We will be returning to Jamaica very soon and we will always choose to stay with Suzanne! Thanks again! Ps. John crows fried chicken across the street is TO. Sharaine’s place was nothing short of amazing !!!! As a solo traveler I was a bit skeptical, but everything went well! I am very picky,and always like things neat and tidy. This was definitely it! BEAUTIFUL,BEAUTIFUL VIEWS… I couldn’t leave the Balcony!!!!! Only a little downside, it’s a bit warm downstairs if you’re cooking… maybe install an AC or a better fan? However, once the doors are open it will feel better. Nice , peaceful , and breathtaking. Lord knows I didn’t want to leave ! I’ll be back! It’s bye(FOR NOW) 😄

Our stay at Santa Maria was fantastic! The villa is in a perfect location for exploring Ocho Rios, with top attractions just minutes away. The facilities were excellent, and we loved the pool area and the private sea access, which made for an unforgettable experience. The community was warm and welcoming, adding to the charm of our stay. A special shoutout to Nadine, the housekeeper, who was lovely—she cooked us delicious meals and shared great local tips. Highly recommend this villa for a relaxing and authentic Jamaican getaway! 🌴☀️✨

Beautiful and clean, friendly host, good aircon. The pool was being fixed and Simone provided a credit since we couldn't access that amenity. Walkable area, close to shops and restaurants.

This place is beautiful. Immediately felt at home. It’s suitable for a couple or family alike. Tastefully decorated, the bed in the master bedroom was a dream and I really appreciated the spotless linens and towels. Extra points for the separate pool towels and for air conditioning in the second bedroom also. Always a good sign when you choose to stay an extra night at a place. Dahlia’s place is conveniently located close to the Fern Court pool which was great for cooling down. I will definitely stay at this place again and I’ve already recommended it to several people. Dahlia was kind, responsive and felt trustworthy, and she went out of her way to help me book the extra night. Thank you!
