Vacation rentals with beach access in Runaway Bay

We had a wonderful stay at Keith's place. So relaxing, ocean swimming is steps away, easy to get around, great food nearby. I highly recommended this place!

Amazing and affordable place to stay in Runaway Bay. The villa is right off of the main road, we had no trouble finding the place to check in. It is very easy to walk out to the road & get a local taxi for cheap transportation. The home is very close to numerous beaches and popular tourist attractions in the area, we very much enjoyed the ease of coming and going from the property. The home was clean and organized, and felt very secure with the locks on the gate + door code to get into our unit. The kitchen was well-equipped for the simple meals we prepared during our stay, and there is a large shared kitchen within the villa as well. The air conditioning worked great, and we also made use of the free laundry facilities on the property. The only thing that was inconsistent with the listing was hot water, as there was a solar heater installed at the time and therefore the hot water supply was very limited. However, the host informed us that an electric heater would soon be installed.

Sky Castles is such a beautiful place to visit and Tony was an excellent host. He allowed early check in which made such a difference to our stay. Would definitely recommend as a host and the views from this property are amazing! Thank you again Tony for being so helpful and responsive during our stay!!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Christina was communitive & helpful as we even locked ourselves out at night once. The little air conditioners were really nice at keeping us extra cool & the water definitely got to scalding hot, be careful with that haha. She wonderfully provided a cleaning halfway through our week stay. Beautiful view of the beach on the balcony, we sat out there quite a lot. Very convenient location which we were thankful for! Thank you for our stay & will definitely return coming back to Ocho Rios!

I visited JA for 3 months and lived in Erin’s and Dwayne’s Airbnb. It’s a cozy spot with all of the amenities you’ll need for a short or extended stay on the island. I cooked my own meals, when I wanted to, and lived comfortably while there. Dwayne always checked in on me and was very helpful with anything the property needed. If you are looking for a experience outside of the resort walls, this is a perfect place to do so. You’ll be fully immersed in the cultural vibrancy of the people and the food. You can take a short 5 minute walk to a large outdoor food market and then continue on to the famous Ocho Rios Craft Market. I wish more people visiting the island would come to support these places that directly benefit the local community. The town is buzzing with life and it’s palpable. I love hearing the sound of reggae music while walking around the town. Overall my experience was nothing short of amazing! Thank you Erin & Dwayne for your hospitality. I will definitely visit again!

One of my favorite AirBnBs ever. I’m still obsessed with the way the windows allow you to sleep with the sea breeze blowing right over the bed. The whole place has screen doors too and I didn’t see a single insect in the place my entire one week stay (rare from the other upscale accommodations I saw in Jamaica). Absolutely magical view, with access to incredible reef swimming/snorkeling. 10/10 overall! Also Tasha was extremely communicative and helpful when I needed some help figuring stuff out.

I totally enjoyed my time spent at Sandricka’s place. My only hope was that I was able to stay longer. I felt right at home the moment I stepped in. Sandricka was very responsive, very helpful and very easy to talk to. She ensured we were at home. She left us a few snacks which was a nice touch. I would definitely go back and I highly recommend her space.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean, cozy, and in a great spot. Check-in was easy, and the host was friendly and quick to respond. I especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen tons of pots and pans, which made cooking feel effortless. Thoughtful touches all around. Would happily come back.

I would rate this place a 9.5 out of 10. It felt very homey and was clean, just like the pictures. We did encounter an issue at the security gate, but it was quickly resolved. The hosts, Sidric and Camille, were very responsive. I would definitely recommend this place.

Sharona’s place was amazing. Sharona was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here. Everything was neat and clean and the pictures described her place to the tee. Sharona was very hospitable and welcoming. She was amazingly responsive even when I miss communicated names of my guest. She helped me with adding their names to the list so that they could visit me. I absolutely had an amazing time at Sharona home. Again, thank you Sharona for being so welcoming and hospitable. YOU ABSOLUTELY ROCK!!!!

From initial contact to booking to enjoying an amazing experience, host Bryan and chef Roshelle did a great job of meeting our needs and wants. The accommodations were pristine both inside and outdoors and my group will definitely be back.

5 Stars – A Fantastic Stay at Areca Homes in Discovery Bay! We had an amazing stay at Areca Homes in St. Ann, Discovery Bay! From the moment we arrived, our host Stacy-Ann made us feel welcome and cared for. She was absolutely lovely attentive, kind, and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. She even brought us fresh mangoes, which were a delicious treat, and made sure we quickly received batteries for the AC when needed. One of the best parts of our stay was the free access to Puerto Seco Beach, just a short distance away. The beach was stunning clean, relaxing, and perfect for a day in the sun. And the drinks? Wow! Strong, flavorful, and absolutely worth trying. Areca Homes was the perfect home base for our getaway comfortable, well-kept, and in a great location. We would definitely return and recommend it to anyone visiting Discovery Bay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Reina Del Mar. Just as described and even better. The home was equip with everything a person could need or want. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

From check-in to check-out, Andrea was just a message away, super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. She even stayed awake until my friends and I arrive just to ensure we were able to check in without issues and we got there safely. Her property looks exactly like the pictures, but honestly, it’s even better in person. My friends and I had some of the best sleep ever thanks to the incredibly comfortable beds! Andrea also went above and beyond by sourcing a few games I needed that weren’t originally listed. I would give her 5 stars for customer service alone! On top of that, a minor issue came up as we were checking out, and she handled it quickly and with a lot of understanding. I truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism. Would definitely stay here again!

A fantastic family vacation. I had lots of questions and Jessica always responded and answered every single one. The house is amazing and the view gorgeous. The driver was totally worth it! Had lots of suggestions and great company. We really appreciated all the help and communication. Thank you so much for a wonderful place to be!

Alles war perfekt! Das haus war perfekt eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Es ist wie auf den Bildern und noch viel schöner. Es roch sehr angenehm und wir hatten alles was wir brauchen. Ein Pluspunkt gibt es für den Kühlschrank mit gefiltertem Wasser und Eiswürfel. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Aussicht von der Veranda aus auf das Meer, der Garten war ebenfalls schön zum verweilen und mit Aussicht auf den Jungle. Janice war sehr freundlich und hat uns bei Fragen immer schnell geholfen. Der Weg zum schönen Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar (20 min.) sowie zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Oder mit dem Auto (3 min) Wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Man fühlt sich wie Zuhause :)

Great place to stay!!! The view from our first floor balcony was amazing the host was great along with Patricia. Would definitely recommend this place !!!

The host is very understanding and transparent. Any issues or any miscommunications arises. She will always respond really quickly to work out any possible solutions. Also her place she listed was very pristine and comfortable. I highly recommend anyone to book her if you’re looking to stay within Ocho Rios. Lastly, she is quick at providing all of the instructions in order to make everything stress free and easy to manage.

Regna’s place was continently located right on the beginning edge of town. Shopping center across the street and easy walking to additional food and shopping. The facilities were amazing and very accommodating.

This was perfect for our family to stay a week - a clean and comfortable space to ourselves, fairly well-appointed, in a quiet development with a lovely pool and well-kept grounds. It’s a four-minute walk from a truly stunning beach. Hosts were super responsive and accommodating when we had minor issues. Beach towels were provided, and there were chairs set up on the beach for guests. We look forward to returning!

Michelle and Kerone were exceptional in their commitment and communication with me.The space is amazingly beautiful and it was so much better than I expected! I felt comfortable and connected with the people. The beach is right there, walkable beaches and activities. There is an excellent vibe going on down by pool side , food , fun , drinks, games etc. I highly recommend this place for those who want to come and visit!

Absolutely love this place. The area was extremely safe especially for the fact that I’m a 5:00am walker. Walking distance to everything including the beach and food. Hot water and air conditioning was two most important things to me. Didn’t disappoint. The view was just beautiful and the area was clean. Blessings

We had access to a stunning private gated beach where we spent so many beautiful moments. The beach area had everything we could ask for—great food, good music, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. The scenery was breathtaking, and every day felt like paradise. Our host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which added to the whole experience. They made us feel right at home and were always happy to help when we needed anything. Even after check-out, they kindly let us leave our luggage for a bit longer, which was a huge help. We had such a good time here—it’s the kind of place you don’t want to leave. Highly, highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, safe, and authentic Ocho Rios experience. We’ll definitely be back!
