Two queen bedrooms, full kitchen, beautiful red efficient fireplace, heating and cooling, large windows from den area facing the mountains. We absolutely loved our stay. The house was beautiful and clean. It was immaculate. Upon arrival. We did our best to leave it how we found it just to emulate the beauty of the place. All of the neighbors were super friendly. The complex had tons of amenities that we enjoyed including the pool pickle ball court tennis court and fishing lake, we would highly recommend this stay!!

Had the best time in Ruidoso and Bella Vista was a perfect place for us. Convenient to golf, horse racing, dining, hiking. And the house was amazing. Loved it all, but especially the deck and the fact it was a single story house!!!!

Perfect location, clean, and comfortable. Louise was very helpful and responsive. Beautiful area- we got to see the wild horses and their babies on Mother’s Day from the deck. They stayed for hours grazing and resting.

This condo was perfect for a long weekend with our family of four. Very clean with all the amenities as described. Was a plus to have laundry and the kitchen was very functional. Our kids loved that there were tons of puzzles and board games to enjoy as well. One note- there is no AC. We opened the windows and turned on the fan and were comfortable but if it would have been much hotter that might now have been the case. The mattresses were very comfy and the linens felt very luxurious. And the upper and lower outdoor patios were nice additional space to enjoy the outdoors.
