The apartment is rather spacious with a very well-equipped kitchen. It would be suitable even for longer stays. The internet is fast and the parking is easy. Sylvia was always friendly and proactively making sure that everything was alright.

Karol is a very interesting, open and likeable man. He had a lot of tips for things to do for me with the corresponding links, which took away a lot of research work from me. Parking was safely possible on the premises, but there was always something free right in front of the entrance. The apartment is a dream: beautiful structural elements, a romantic west-facing balcony with chairs where you can enjoy the evening sun with a drink, the large super comfy bed! A highlight is the Swedish stove! Karol provided a generous supply of wood and it was a pleasure to watch the fire in one of his large reading chairs cuddled in a ceiling. The apartment has a very pleasant atmosphere and the optimal seating for any time of day. The Wi-Fi is well suited for working, SmartTV is there, the kitchen is well equipped (spices, coffee, tea, French press, microwave, stove with oven, washing machine...), Beautiful bathroom! It‘s a really nice house and we had a wonderful stay. We were 9 people and had enough space. There are five bedrooms, three bathrooms one living room, kitchen and big terrace. See you again!

Monika and her family were great hosts and very helpful and kind. The house was in great condition and in a very peaceful wooded area. Parking was available on site and the checkin process was very easy as Monika came to open the door for us. Overall we were more than satisfied with the say.

We spent our holiday time in this great place that's perfect to relax in peace and quiet, surrounded by nature. The greenery of the forest enters inside through the windows. Wonderful! There is a large space around the cottage, whether for children or dog companions. Inside, the cottage is well-equipped, and the fireplace provides a unique atmosphere. A small downside is a small fridge that's hard to accommodate more people. Two bathrooms with a shower are a big advantage. Extremely picturesque, very good starting point for mountain trails. Great communication with a lovely host. I highly recommend the corner to anyone looking for a break from the hustle and bustle.

Host Robert is completely seamless, high level of contact, quick responses to responses, and willingness to get along. The apartment that Robert offered was 6 people, we were with 9 people (including two small children and we easily accommodated), and there was no problem for us all to be in one apartment - for a nominal fee. The apartment is clean, stoves are available, hot water in the bathroom, fully equipped kitchen. I 100% recommend it.

Jan's apartment worked great for my visit to Hradec Kralove. I would definitely stay here again when visiting.

I highly recommend this apartment. The owner is friendly and polite. Everything is exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything is very clean, there are all the essentials, absolutely all the kitchen utensils, as well as a nice BBQ area - you can immediately see that the owners have thought of everything to the smallest details and take care of their guests. The location of the apartment is great, there are a lot of walking places nearby. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday!

The apartment is in a beautiful and quiet location. For a long weekend for two as a made. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and sorry we had to leave. We will definitely consider this place again when choosing the next weekend out. The amenities of the apartment were absolutely sufficient. Everything is clean and tidy. The owner was helpful throughout. We can recommend all ten.
