Rudolf and his family are very kind, helpful people. The apartment is very nice, cozy. It awaits its guests with new furniture, comfortable beds, and a fully equipped kitchen. Nice, tidy garden and family-friendly as well. There are plenty of games and things to do. There are many attractions in the area. We highly recommend Rudolf's place!

I can't complain about the stay. Very cozy apartment on the top floor of the building, right next to the common balcony. Everything is clean. Once you get out of the entrance, you're right in the center of SNV. Great for me!

The whole place was very clean, modern and clean. The apartment is almost completely new, it felt very nice to live in. Ideal for two and very comfortable, fully livable with 4. It's equipped with everything you need. Private parking space is a very big plus. Overall very satisfied, would recommend to others!

Oh my gosh! This was the BEST Place to stay in the UNESCO walled City of Levoca. Zaffir House had everything to make our stay wonderful! Comfortable Bed, Modern Bathroom, Washer and Separate Dryer (plus more)?We wished we could have stayed longer to take advantage of our private courtyard and balcony areas. Our stay was extra special because of our wonderful hosts- Janka and Torsten. We had our own private taxi driver (Torsten) who shared much information of the area and gave us great recommendations of what to see and where to eat! We HIGHLY suggest you book here- you won’t be sorry! (Note: We are Airbnb SuperHosts and have very high expectations!!!) Linda and Tom

Everything was great! The cottage is very clean and well-maintained, you can see that the owners take care of every detail. Great location – quiet, peaceful, and at the same time close to attractions in the area. I definitely recommend it!

An apartment with a beautiful view of the mountains. A cottage newly renovated in a very interesting style. Two wood-burning fireplaces add to the atmosphere. The apartment is large and spacious, fully equipped. In my opinion, the perfect place to get away from it all in a quiet area with free time. The owner is very helpful and committed.

We stayed for 5 nights with kids. The kids had fun in the backyard, where there was a game set with a slip, and later we relaxed in the bathing room. There are many options for trips in the area. The place matched the photos, everything was clean. The owner was welcoming and helpful. Halfway through the accommodation, they changed our water in a bathing pod. Overall, we rate the place positively and thank the owners.

Peaceful, historic and tucked away, Eva’s house is a unique and charming base for exploration of Levočan and the surrounding area (Spišsky Castle is a must-see). Eva will give you local recommendations, too. Expect effusive hospitality!

Wonderful place! A spacious, well-equipped apartment with a touch of luxury—perfect for relaxing after an action‑packed day. The delightful terrace is especially great for enjoying breakfast in the morning. The property is pet‑friendly, which was a big plus for us. The host was incredibly kind and helpful; everything went smoothly and without a hitch. There’s parking right in front of the building. The surroundings are picturesque and peaceful, making it an excellent base for climbing and exploring local attractions. The only surprise was the Roma villages we passed along the way, which create an unusual contrast with the rest of the region. Nevertheless, this place is definitely worth recommending—beautiful, comfortable, and full of character.
