A very special and unique house which is ideal for single travellers or a couple. Tucked away in a quiet cul de sac with a log burner and floor to ceiling flue, open plan living, big HD smart TV, WiFi, mezzanine bedroom with balcony looking over the lounge, garden extension, waterfall and pond are just some of the extensive renovations I have carried out on the house along with brand new central heating and double glazing. Meadow View -"Tranquility with outstanding Views"

Meadow View in the village of Lower Penn sits in the South Staffordshire countryside, located in a quiet country lane, with private entrance. Downstairs it has bathroom and shower, and the upstairs annex offers comfortable sleeping with king size bed and lovely views across the meadow. Parking is available right outside. The Greyhound Pub has an excellent menu plus real ales, and is a 5 minute walk away, with many other restaurants with takeaway/delivered food available within a 3 mile radius.

The Grazing Guest House

This is a beautiful, purpose converted guest house with one main bedroom and two small doubles in an upstairs mezzanine. It is beautifully appointed and set in an amazing shared garden with pond and water feature. The property is 0.7 miles from the motorway, with little traffic disturbance. It also has an electric charger for EVs - at a small extra cost. The property is designed with sustainability in mind and boosts IR heating and bamboo floors.
