The studio is built to the highest of standards at the bottom of my landscaped garden & includes underfloor heating, new furniture and basic cooking facilities. It also has a private garden area making it the perfect place to relax whatever the season.

Guests can explore our private grounds or take advantage of the many local footpaths, bridlepaths and village pubs in the area. The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. We have sheep, goats and chickens on site. Close to Shakespears birthplace Stratford-Upon-Avon, scenic Broadway, the market towns of Chipping Campden, Moreton in Marsh, Stow on the Wold and Bourton on the Water. Cheltenham and Worcester are also close by.
