Relax in Mirfield on your own south facing balcony with lovely countryside views. This self contained 1 bedroom annexe with king size bed + seperate lounge with portable air con unit/fans, sofa bed, extra spare bedding , washing machine, dryer, WIFI , short walk (15 minutes) to beautiful river and canal path walks, farmshop or local high street. The owners have 2 cocker spaniels so dont mind clients bringing one well behaved pet on holiday too. Basic Breakfast supplies will be provided too.

ONLY AGE 16+ A lovely bright and modern extension that is fitted to high spec. The space has light, modern decor and is cosy. Both the bedrooms have attached bathrooms. On the ground floor is the kitchen and dinning area. At the back is a small area with access to the outside patio and a lovely walled garden. Ideal for friends or family. The area is safe, green and offers travel such as bus to the Peak District and the city centre. Shops, restaurants and cafes are within walking distance.

There is a kitchen, a spacious bathroom, pull-down double bed (only a small 4 ft double). The flat is best suited for a single person but if you are in a couple and the bed is ok, then this will suit you. The Peak district is just a short car ride away.
