This was the first time that we stayed in an Airbnb and were not sure what to expect. The experience was fantastic. The house was very peaceful, and we felt right at home in Storybook Cottage. The pictures looked just like the cottage when we arrived. The cottage was everything that we needed for our time in Rockford and was easy to get around Rockford from the cottage. There are walking trails that are close to the cottage and right next to the river. We would highly recommend Storybook Cottage for anyone looking to stay in Rockford.

We moved out of state 5 years ago and this is our first time back to Rockford together. Bonnie’s place made us feel so at home. It is truly a gem! Not to mention It’s A Wing Thing is close by & Sams Restaurant delivered to the area!! The Airbnb is just as described, the bed was comfortable, decor was beautiful, and the space was more than enough!! Bonnie was very responsive and helpful! We’ll definitely be staying at her place when we’re back in town!!
