Fantastic host for extraordinary hospitality, courtesy and communication. We were able to leave the car in a small internal courtyard, super convenient. The house is equipped with everything you need to feel at home: bath towels, detergents, coffee, sugar, etc. Very quiet place, very clean apartment. Thank you for the very welcome fresh water and the excellent sweets that we were given. Highly recommended!

Staying at Castello Macchiaroli was truly one of the most unforgettable experiences of our entire trip to Italy. The castle itself is breathtaking—steeped in over a thousand years of history, yet so warm and welcoming that it instantly felt like home. Gisella was a wonderful host—so kind, thoughtful, and easy to communicate with. And Paola… what a gem! Her private tour through the castle was fascinating, personal, and full of charm. Exploring ancient tunnels and seeing the castle’s legacy was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Relaxing by the fireplace, surrounded by history, was nothing short of magical. We left feeling like we’d stepped inside a fairytale. If you’re looking for something truly unique and soul-stirring, this is it. 5 stars is not enough for Caterina as a host, she is the kindest host on the planet. She met us at the gas station in pouring rain, and low cloud, and showed us the apartment nearby. She provided warm coats (!) and a heater as it was particularly cold. There was home baked cake and cupboards full of food, unbelievable for the price. The apartment occupies the lower 2 floors of a 5 storey house. Caterina lives above and is available if any help is needed. The apartment has its own entrance and parking. The photos and description are accurate. The entrance hall is huge, and the dining, living and kitchen areas are large. The bedroom too is large with a double bed and 2 single beds. By contrast, the bathroom is small but it has all that you need (shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet). There are interesting artworks and photos throughout the apartment Laurino is a small, quiet place, and not very touristy - exactly what we like. The Cilento National Park has much to offer. To anyone considering a stay at Biagio’s tiny house, we can’t recommend it enough! We stopped for just one night on our way to Sicily, and this charming gem, nestled on Bagio’s beautiful family farm, was the perfect choice. Located only 3 km from the main highway, it’s an ideal stopover or destination. The tiny house is cozy, spotless, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Biagio and his lovely family are truly exceptional hosts—warm, welcoming, and attentive, making you feel right at home. Even our dogs had a blast roaming the farm, which added to the magic of our visit. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer to enjoy the serene surroundings and their incredible hospitality. We’re already planning our return! If you’re looking for a delightful, peaceful retreat with amazing hosts, this is the place to book. You won’t be disappointed!
