Really nice place clean and peaceful inside parking for car I will get it again

We had a great time at Joseph's place, it had everything we needed, it's safe, quiet and has a beautiful view from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again. To be honest I was hesitant to book after seeing some of the reviews, about construction next door, security guards and that the beds are hard, but from our experience guards were friendly and yes, the beds are hard and the pillows might need to be replaced, but it was nothing we couldn’t get used to. Our only recommendation would be to remove some of the clothing items on the main closet, for guests to use the space.

A very good place to stay and stay, it is quiet and with availability of nearby places to buy.

It was a nice spot and the owner was very responsive to whatever needs I had. It is conveniently located to the local bar, restaurants and clubs. Recommend to anyone visiting Rosarito, and look forward to staying here again in the near future.

The location was convenient—close to OXXO, tianguis on (Tuesday morning and Friday evenings) Revolución, airport, rosarito and easy to get around the city, which was a big plus. Host was very responsive. Overall, a pleasant spot in the center of everything in TJ.

The house was comfortable. Great for BBQ and swimming.

Great place to stay. All our family enjoyed their stay. Super clean! Very spacious. The people that are in charge super friendly. Having the beach as your backyard was just so great my 3 girls and their cousins loved it.

Super comfortable, equipped and clean, the kitchen is 10 out of 10 and has everything you need, as do the bathrooms, Ivoone is very attentive when we need her, everything is excellent!

My family and I really like this home. It is super spacious and it fits all of us. The home is super clean and has all the household items needed to cook a big meal. We have rented it twice and will probably continue to do so since it is really a good size home if you have a big family.

Our stay was very comfortable. Great place for families with kids. It had all the amenities we needed and more! The kitchen was well equipped with enough cups and plates for our entire family. The garage had multiple toys for the little ones to have fun at the beach. The extra was the ocean view from the third floor.

Had a great weekend stay! Home is location in a good spot super close to everything! I highly recommend staying here! Home is well equipped with everything you’ll need.

Great place had a minor issue with the code to the lockbox upon checking in but in the end Gonzalo was quick to resolve

The waves rolling in create a soothing rumble in the background. We saw dolphins and oodles of pelicans. This unit's location is one mile south of the border on the main drag of the playas. Convenient to beach, restaurants, coffee, everything! Host is very responsive! Love the parking guard. Quiet part of the neighborhood!

The host replied quickly and provided flexible check in. The air bnb sat behind another home which gave us more privacy. If you are using navigation watch for incorrect directions. The area was quiet and calm. We brought our 2 dogs and the neighbors had dogs so there was some barking but they became friends through the fence. The furniture in the house was very comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels, blankets, and sheets. The kitchen was stocked with several spices, utensils and dishes. There is a shopping center close with a frys, aldi, in n out, petsmart, car wash etc was very convenient.

We totally enjoyed our stay at Ariel's listing. Everyone there is super friendly and respectful. It's very secure and quiet. Security guard is really nice and does his job well by checking everyone who comes in. The place is spacious and has a very nice view. Rooms have very comfortable beds so you will sleep like a baby. You get your own parking spaces, two of them. You have to love that. Thank you Ariel for making our experience a very enjoyable one. I will definitely be looking forward to booking this place again when I go back to TJ. My business has been earned.

This place looked exactly like it did in the Airbnb listing. It was clean, smelled fresh, and felt very accommodating. The host was great—friendly, responsive, and always available when needed. I had a wonderful stay!
