Close to all kinds of services: Beach 500m away, supermarkets, pharmacy and restaurants less than a 5min walk. Marina 10min by boardwalk. Palace of Congresses is a 15-minute walk.

Very quiet development, you can sleep hearing the waves of the sea and a few meters from the area of bars, restaurants and shops.

Great for lunch and dinner. It has all the amenities, full kitchen (with microwave, toaster, induction hob, etc.), air conditioning with a heat pump, washing machine, refrigerator, TV, table and chairs both inside the studio and on the terrace.
