Waterfront vacation rentals in Roquetas de Mar

We spent a week as a family with two children. The apartment is just as shown in the photos. The mattresses are comfortable. The apartment has everything you need to stay a week. One drawback is the washing machine. It doesn't wash well and the rubber was pretty dirty. We had to wash everything by hand. The views of Romanilla Beach are wonderful, especially at sunrise. The sunset falls on the back terrace. It's close to supermarkets and restaurants. Located in the village, it is not the tourist part of Roquetas where the hotels are. Having the beach right below is a plus!

The apartment was great, the location unbeatable and Carlota was very friendly and attentive to our arrival.

The accommodation is a 10 out of 10. On the beachfront and with an amazing view. The apartment is very large, it was very clean, very well equipped (kitchen with everything, air conditioning in all rooms, gel and shampoo). The terrace takes up the entire penthouse and has a large barbecue. Communication with the owners has always been very easy and fast. The truth is that you can't ask for more from a vacation apartment.

Well, I went to disconnect, very quiet area, I really liked it and the host Ismael was very kind and attentive. Thank you for everything.

Maria’s place is beautiful and so peaceful, with amazing views and a wonderful balcony on which we spent hours relaxing. The beach is so easy and lovely, too. Within a few minutes of the apartment are a grocery store, an ice cream shop, and excellent restaurants! Also, the Paseo Marítimo is perfect for a morning/evening walk or run. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms have good water pressure and consistent hot water. The air conditioner works perfectly and we slept so well. The apartment was perfect and so clean, too. We enjoyed everything about our stay. María was also very helpful throughout the week with everything we needed. ¡Gracias! I highly recommend her place and we would love to stay there again!

A magnificent apartment with a special view of the most beautiful area of the Paseo Marítimo de Almería. You go down the stairs of the building and you are practically on the beach. Free beach with free working showers available to all. The managers Gino and Lien are fantastic and very helpful people with whom we have also created a great friendship. We spent 4 unforgettable days in total relaxation. Rating 10/10. We'll be back soon. Thank you.

The accommodation was in perfect clean condition and the relationship with the host was good and cordial.

The place is just like the photos and the description. Mario was very responsive and available. You definitely need a car if you stay here, but the good thing is that Almería and Aguadulce are less than 10 minutes away. The pool area is very nice with a great view. This place is a gem.

Quique's accommodation is perfect!! We felt at home… Easy communication and check-in, everything was clean and organized!! The location is excellent, just a few minutes from bars, restaurants and tourist spots!! Generous host, gave me a cooler at the end of my stay! We'll be back 🤩

A cozy stay, a clean place, and the most beautiful, its incredible views of the Mediterranean Sea.

Great view and beautiful, tastefully decorated apartment. Communication and check-in were easy. The apartment has everything you need and there are a few restaurants within walking distance. Parking is easy to find in front of the house. The beds give in with 2 adults in bed over the course of the night, so there is a cow, but this did not detract from a nice holiday in a great accommodation. Recommendation!

absolute gem in Aguadulce. the house was clean and comfortable, felt like home straight away. it had all of the nescessary equipment for the rooms and kitchen included. we didn't have a car but the hill is manageable- takes about 20mins to climb up from cottage centre. the views from the apartment were fabulous and the neighborhood is peaceful. the only downside was that the upstairs room didn't have WiFi working, other than that - everything was great and it's totally worth the money we paid! thabk you Antonio for being so good at communication!

There were two of us and it was very nice. In the kitchen there was everything you needed and the whole apartment was clean and very nicely furnished. The contact was very good and Raul was always available. The neighborhood is quiet and nearby there is everything you need on foot. The beach is a pebble beach, so the water is very clear and there was very little going on with us. We didn't miss anything, the stay was very nice.

Nice apartment to rest with family and pets, with large patio to enjoy the nice weather of the area. Very tidy and clean. Always a pleasure coming back!

The house is super nice. The photos don't do justice, the house is much better than it looks on the web. We were very comfortable and if we find ourselves in the area we do not hesitate to repeat

We had a very good stay. Our trip was as a family and the residential development has plenty of things for children to enjoy (park, swimming pools...). The apartment is very comfortable and very tastefully decorated. The terrace is a delightful one. They should improve the cleanliness as it was not very good and include some basics that are missing in the kitchen (although it is quite equipped). As for the location, it's a bit far, but you can find everything you need (supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants...) without having to be in the most crowded part. The truth is that I definitely recommend the stay.

Nice stance, good host

NL meivakantie.'25, We were there while the power collapsed in whole Spain/Portugal... (No electricity, tv, radio, pin, internet and also no water). Host kept us posted from moment he was able to, and reassured us (thanks that was great). There were candles, a lantern and a bbq, so we could eat, and bucket to fill with water. House is very well equiped and looks modern; garage, wifi, tv with netflix option, great terrace, cosy beds, there were enough (tea)towels. Walk through the brown door (w.key) and you are at the beach in 5 min. Aguadulce is a cute area, only thing that would have made it more excellent would be see-sight (1 floor up and just outside door it is visible) and maybe some loungechairs on the terrace. And bring earplugs; neighbours were a little loud watching football late at night sometimes. Visited San José, Almeria, Tabernas desert, Cabo de Gata and had a wonderful holliday!

The service with Carlos was unbeatable, always attentive, the apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and everything is clean and impeccable, I have no doubt that we will stay with him again!

My husband and I spend 4 days on Javier’s place, it is very good, with parking, less than 100m from the beach, with lots of restaurants, supermarkets, shops and even automatic laundry facilities close. It’s on 2nd floor with a beautiful view of the pool, gardens and sea. Good bed (we didn’t used the sofa bed) and a kitchen with all you need if want to cook, you only has to bring your food. We enjoyed breakfast at the terrace every day, the WiFi is good and strong to stream your favorite shows and movies. The communication with him it’s very good and respond very fast.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect for hanging at the beach and getting drinks and tapas. Grocery store on the corner and a very well stocked kitchen made it easy to not eat out all the time! We would stay here again. The only suggestion I would make are to have beach towels and, possibly, chairs available as well.

Great view, very nice apartment, everything you need.

We had a really nice stay at Cristobal’s apartment. The lady that welcomed us and her husband were really nice and welcoming people. Even if our Spanish was not the best, we could perfectly understand what they communicated. Overall everything was great but unfortunately we had the misfortune to visit Aguadulce when it was very windy outside and the exterior blinds made a very loud and annoying noise but with ear plugs it was better.
