Apartment vacation rentals in Rondebosch

I spent a week at Katy's place with my teenage daughter in April 2015. We really enjoyed the location, central and easy walking distance to restos, coffees and grocery shops. Driving to the Waterfront was less than 10 min by Uber. The apartment was great, secure, with tasteful decoration (was featured on the cover page of House & Leisure magazine, nice read !). Plenty of natural light through windows with amazing views of Table Mountain & Lion's Head, and more than ample space for the 2 of us when I needed to work (daughter particularly enjoyed her nook in the comfy sofa seat upstairs). Please note that the apartment may not be suitable for those with smaller children though (stairs to bedroom do not have a guard rail which would be risky). Would most definitely come back again.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Cape Town! The place was exactly as described, very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, which made check-in and check-out hassle-free. I’d definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Cape Town and would happily stay here again!

Amelio was a very responsive host. He was quick to answer any questions and offer help when needed. The wine was a lovely touch. The endless views were amazing. Would happily stay again.

What a beautiful home away from home! I absolutely loved everything in Justine & Terence’s place, so tastefully designed. It is extremely spacious and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The personal guide is detailed and has great tips for exploring the area. It’s not often you find such a calming oasis within walking distance to great restaurants, shops and the company gardens or parks. Justine is a fantastic host, very quick to communicate and provide all the info I needed for a seamless self check-in. I highly recommend a stay here!

Awesome stay I feel this flat belongs in seapoint gear design love the modern look very stylish only problem is very noisy area but I’m young I don’t mind a break away with some noise too lol 🫶🏽 lol I loved my stay but only thing missing is maybe a aircon in the living room, I love the sunrise coming this flat 🫶🏽

Comfortable apartment with excellent security and facilities, and an amazing view. The location is very convenient to explore the southern suburbs of Cape Town. Communication with the host was excellent.

This place exceeded my expectations. The effort Joy made in the little details - from communication, friendliness, welcome board, the house itself made my stay in Cape Town worthwhile and brought such ease to my hectic schedule. I look forward to returning. Definitely an unforgettable stay.

This newly listed, fully equipped apartment stands out at Old Cape Quarter Residences. It is well situated at the hotspots of de Waterkant, yet still peaceful. It comes with underground parking. The large balcony receives sun throughout the day. Colin is a superb host, responsive & accommodating.

Perfect location if you wish to be in Seapoint. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the promenade.

Jacky is super nice and helpful! She knows everything about Capetown and gives us so many touring suggestions and helps us to plan our trip. The location is excellent, all you need is less than 15mins drive, Table mountain is right on the corner so does the waterfront. Super clean and cozy! Definitely recommend to everyone who wants to visit Capetown.

I have traveled around the world, Egypt, Greece, Holland, Spain, France, USA, etc., etc. THIS WAS ONE OF THE BEST HOSTING PLACES I HAVE EVER HAD!!! The apartment is the perfect size, not too big or too small, easy to maintain. The neighbors are quiet. In the morning I would go for a walk along the trail along the river that winds through the neighborhood. And I would stop by to get my cappuccino at a good coffee shop very close by. In the afternoon, I would go back in the other direction and find good restaurants, always feeling very safe in a quiet and pleasant area. Daniel was always attentive, and provided weekly cleaning by a very kind person. In other words, in the end I wanted to stay living there, but my trip had to go on...

This is my 3rd time staying at Ruth’s place and it’s absolutely fabulous. Perfect location, spacious, comfy, safe, quiet, amazing views from the balcony of table mountain, good WiFi, and walkable to lots of great coffee spots and cafes. Ruth is so sweet and always checking in and making sure everything is going great. I would recommend this place to anyone 10/10!!

The location is in the very center of the seapoint, 5 minutes walk to the embankment, there are many cafes nearby, 2 minutes walk to the grocery store. Very convenient location. In the evening, beautiful sunsets are visible from the window. The apartment has everything you need, there was no need for anything. The host is very hospitable, answered all questions very quickly. Thank you!

Rachel and the team were so helpful and responsive to all our queries. The house was clean and we felt right at home. We also really enjoyed the sunsets.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. Even tho we booked the apartment in the evening of arrival, the host answered quickly and super friendly with all information needed. We absolutely enjoyed the (sadly just) two days we had there. Especially highlighting at this point the whirlpool with stunning view of the Table Mountain. Would definitely choose this for my next trip again.

Spacious apartment with everything we needed. Waking up, opening the curtains and watching the sun rise over the sea, whilst sipping a morning coffee was truly special. He best start to the day. A fantastic base to explore from and it was lovely to come back to and relax at the end of the day, felt very homely.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! While it doesn’t have an ocean view, the location right by the water is unbeatable—you can hear the waves and feel the sea breeze as soon as you step outside. The real highlight was the pool and jacuzzi—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The apartment itself was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The host was responsive and made check-in super easy. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful coastal escape!

I’ve stayed in many places across Cape Town, none are better than this. Everything is carefully designed for the best possible quality of living. The city view is second-to-none. A fully open kitchen, dining, and living space makes for never-ending special moments. I’ve never experienced peace and quiet like this in the city, with the gardens centre and coffee shops just a few minutes away. If you’re looking for a well-thought out luxury stay, look no further.
