Marisa’s place is just perfect! It has everything you need and it’s a 2 minute walk to the most beautiful beach. Very spacious with a perfect layout. We enjoyed our stay here so much. Recommendation to rent a car if you want to explore different areas in the island. Thank you Marisa for being the perfect host!

It’s the day before we leave and the most important thing we want to say is thank you and we don’t want to leave. We won’t bore you with our adventures although they were awesome. My wife and I celebrated our 25th anniversary finally without our kids or grand kids. We needed this break and we love it here. For years we have searched for the perfect the perfect beach: all over Florida, USVI, BVI, Mexico, and Jamaica… the bar is now set. Exuma is the best. Tar bay beach is beautiful. The gazebo was wonderful. We really enjoyed the seclusion, the plants, the pool, the house set up, and all of your property. We will be back. Thank you for hosting. The view from the terrace is breathtaking with a quick walk to the Exuma Beach. Lovely home perfect place to stay . I would definitely book again.

We had a very good stay at Charles' house. It is very big with one bedroom windows facing the ocean so you can hear waves at night. Location is convenient, less than 5 min north of the airport. Very secluded and peaceful so you will need a car. It is a great option for families with 2 kids . 1 bedroom has 1 double bed and the other 2 twin beds, TVs in bedrooms and living room. Having more photos may help families decide if the house suites them. This was my first AirBnB booking and Charles made it very easy. Great, prompt communication and he has people locally who will meet you and assist with any issues. Highly recommend!

Would definitely come back and stay at Kenyon’s place. His place was great and he is always around if you need anything. Easy to communicate with about local restaraunts or places to go. Stores are real close by for small needs like snacks and drinks. If you need any extras for the olace Kenyon will provide it for you. Will be back to stay.

A bit of a drive from the city but you can expect a clean quiet space with a beautiful view overlooking the water. The unit was well equipped with everything a typical home has - kitchen appliances, toiletries, a washroom etc. The hosts were extremely helpful and hospitable, they even went as far as providing us with delicious meals. I’d definitely recommend this place, it’s worth the value.

Elvis and Maryann are wonderful hosts! The series of cottages are cheerful and right on the beach. Elvis made a great lunch for us on arrival. The white sand beach was easily accessed and expansive.

I have been all over the Caribbean and I can say without a doubt this is one of the best houses I have ever stayed in! The view from the house is breathtaking and February Point is a beautiful community with the nicest staff. Sasha is very responsive and was kind enough to give us an early check in and a late check out. Don’t even hesitate to book this place! You will not be disappointed

We enjoyed our stay at February Point. We have lived in the area for years and were pleased to see what the community was actually like. The clear blue ocean waters were the most beautiful view. Love love love Exuma can’t wait to get back!

Our stay was very nice. Just an FYI The house in the pics is blue, but it is painted yellow now. We loved the location. The pool was nice to have! We rented snorkel gear, Elvis's boat one day and took a half day excursion to see the pigs, iguanas, and the blue hole to snorkel. Very nice! Elvis is a big help on anything you need or info for things to do. The beach at Tropic of Cancer was wonderful. Grab a bite at Tropical Breeze near there! Enjoy!

This is a great place for those that want to be away from the crowds. Private home in a quaint community withal a community pool and tiki bar. This was our second time staying at The Cays and it is perfect for our family! The road getting there is a bit bumpy but hoping the island will fix that soon!! Would definitely recommend this rental!! Kelly was a pleasure to work with and accommodated our needs!!

Lovely spot on the beach at February Point We liked the location and the restaurant. It’s an easy drive both directions on Great Exuma.

We had an amazing stay at Boujee Beach Villa! Loved everything Hideaways had to offer-beach, pool, SUP/kayaks, short walk to secluded Jolly Beach, and short walk to Shirley’s restaurant. We bought most groceries at Smitty’s and cooked breakfast and dinner-we were exploring during the day and had lunch out. Had some issues with April’s van and she was beyond helpful and understanding. I understand that issues occur with owning a home/car…really appreciated how she handled everything! The people in Bahamas are so warm and friendly too. We hope to return to Exuma and we’d definitely stay at Boujee Beach Villa again!

We absolutely loved our stay in Exuma. Ironically, it started a bit bumpy when the code would not work in front door, but I share this not as a complaint but because those things happen and Beau was so proactive in getting this rectified that it was no big deal. And when we had asked a couple other people around us, they agreed and shared that Beau has always been very responsive to people’s questions so were surprised we had any issue. He made some great local recommendations all of which were spot on. The facilities around the villa were great and close enough to town that getting there is easy. The neighboring beach (about 10min walk) is probably the most beautiful on the island in my opinion. Would highly recommend staying in this villa to anyone.

Cornell is an awesome host! He made sure we felt comfortable, checked in to see if we needed anything, and even brought us fresh coconut water from the tree. He promptly provided extra towels when we asked. The beachfront location is perfect! Highly recommend!

Our stay at Alastacias and Shenekas place was absolutely perfect! The rental was spotless, comfortable, and in a great location. The beach was really beautiful with literally nobody else there. Both ladies went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering great recommendations and thoughtful hospitality. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay at Glenroy’s place in Exuma. Very responsive and helpful. A rental car is a necessity since the location is a 15min drive from town and the Airbnb is in a secluded area

Choosing QEC Villas for our short stay in Exuma was a great decision. Cyprianna is a very kind, hospitable host. Our villa was clean, cozy and we felt like at home. The equipment was complete. Also localization was perfect, so close to breathtaking beaches. We highly recommend this place.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Exuma! From the moment I arrived, the host was warm and pleasant, making check-in smooth and welcoming. The house itself was spotless, and the breathtaking views were even better than the pictures. I especially appreciated how homely and comfortable the space felt. We spent 3 short days at The Cedar Beach House and it was simply amazing. From the host helpfulness, to the home being so beautiful, I slept in the master. After a long day of travel the bed was ama,ing, I slept like a baby. The home was clean and provided everything we neeced to cook for ourselves. So happy we chose this airbnb. The value of what we received during this whole experience thank you 'Suga' the host. He doesn't says he is a concierge but he is accommodating and his level of services rises to that. I had family staying in a different airbnb that had concierge services and lets just say Suga blew them out the park. I am incredibly greatful to the host 'Suga' my dad arrived early not only did he pick him up he granted him access to the space early and I'm so thankful because our flight was delayed so many times. I am looking forward to returning and this will be were I am staying on future trips to Exuma!
