Beachfront vacation rentals in The Bahamas

this was a great accommodation for my monthly stay in Nassau. the location was convenient, the rooms were neat and clean (very large bathroom)! and the complementary car was needed and appreciated. there are surrounding rooms on the property that are cleaned on a rotating basis, so there is movement and energy on the property during the day sometimes. otherwise, peaceful and perfect to spend time outside around the garden. the kitchen was a tad small in this unit since I was cooking often, however all appliances (cooking plate and fridge) were very appreciated. lastly, the cost of the car is an investment (as mandatory insurance is needed). budget accordingly. Megan and the property manager are welcoming, caring, and responsive and I thank you for a great stay.

We had a great stay! The location was perfect, the space was clean and comfortable, and Megan’s communication was excellent. Having a rental car made getting around easy, and the airport pickup/drop-off was super convenient. Carmen was very helpful with instructions and local tips. We’d definitely stay here again!

Initially a bit hesitant since the house had no reviews—but it turned out to be a fantastic find! It’s much more spacious than expected and comfortably accommodates 13 people (though some will need to share a bathroom). The open-plan living room and kitchen area was perfect for our group, with plenty of seating, and the outdoor space was ideal in the evenings, offering a lovely view of the garden, pool, and ocean. Surprisingly, the TV had what seemed like over 3,000 channels—we could even watch European soccer, which was a fun bonus (I need that setup at home!). The location is the real highlight: just a short walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Everything is just minutes away, and we barely needed the car—even though we had one. The pool area was quiet and practically felt private, and the nearby beach, while small, was perfect for our short stay. Overall, the house looks exactly like the photos. We’ll definitely be back—this is a rare gem and a solid 5.

Lou is an absolutely fantastic host. From the very beginning always responsive and engaging with us to make sure we were up to date and kept informed. Lou was also extremely accommodating. The place was exactly what we expected from the listing, bright, clean and had all the amenities we required. Comfortable beds, lots of space and very well taken care of. Everyone absolutely enjoyed the stay and would not hesitate to get any property from Lou in the future. Thank you Lou for making our stay amazing and memorable!

Our family of 4 had an amazing stay at Rainbow Charm. Our 2 teenagers loved the pool, jumping off the rocks, the hammocks. We have been to Eleuthera 5 times and this is our fav rental when bringing the kids ! The location is great for both north and south beaches/restaurants. We felt safe ( as usual in Eleuthera ) and Chris really knows what guests want at a vacation rental. We didn’t need to reach out to David the caretaker but we did meet him at Mel’s Snack Shack and he’s lovely! We are rebooking the home for our fall trip!

Wow! One of the most incredible vacations we have booked, if you are lucky enough to be looking at the listing with available dates don’t even think about it just book it, the pictures and description really don’t do this place justice…it’s got everything you thought you wanted and more Ever heard of having a whole ocean to yourself? That’s basically what you get, we maybe saw 2 other people in the water during our entire stay, and even then they were quite far away Private beach and snorkelling right at your feet, we saw so many incredible sea life like angelfish, sting rays, turtles, starfish, and every night there’s hundreds of small fish that jump out of the water it’s incredible if you see it!! Sauna with a view of the ocean Hot tub with a view of the ocean Everything was so clean and many small decorative around the house, everything was thought of Nice sized kitchen indoors and out Seemingly infinite seating space Convenience store within walking distance List goes on Just book

Fabulous house on a secluded beach. Ideal for families with small children. A wonderful surround deck to stay in the shade and breeze. Shallow water for young kids but with a protected bay for swimming and paddle boarding. Ron and Evie were ready to help at all times. A great spot to get away from it all.

The location is great! Fantastic contact with David and Philippe - they were both very helpful and responsive. It’s a great option to run away from busy downtown which os often full of cruise ships passengers. Definitely recommend this place!

Marisa and Gabriella have a beautiful place!! my family and I stayed for a week and loved every bit of it. The beach was quiet and beautiful, but we also ventured to other beaches(Xanadu and Gold Rock Beach). We loved all of them. I would recommend getting a rental if you plan to do this. the m We cooked a lot, but the food was excellent when we did eat out. The neighbors were all extremely friendly and welcoming. We didn't feel unsafe at any point. The dolphin swim was our family's favorite by far. We will be back!

Gorgeous apartment with 3 pools in the complex and tennis courts to use. Spotlessly clean on arrival. Security also on site all day and very friendly. Couldn’t fault our hosts - Susie and Eduardo were exceptionally responsive on AirBnB chat. Unfortunately there was a freak 48 hour power outage across the whole of Paradise Island during our holiday - Susie and Eduardo were amazing at helping us find somewhere to temporarily move to whilst the Bahamian Power company fixed the issue, and they were kind enough to compensate us for this even though it wasn’t their fault at all! Overall a gorgeous place to stay but wish it was slightly closer to amenities. The location is fine if you’re a young couple willing to walk in the heat, but may be tricky for a family or older couple as the beach is 15 mins walk, same for most restaurants. Pro tip; head to cabbage bistro for food - Atlantis is nowhere near as good and very overpriced!! Overall loved our stay in Nassau, thanks for a lovely trip!

Jaqueline and Brian are the BEST HOSTS EVER! We loved our stay. Jaqueline and Brian have thought of every single detail! I love the little bowls for your jewelry on the bedside tables!!! The towels and bathrobes are luxurious, the pillows are perfect for us! The beach towels are so pretty and every single detail was so appreciated. We love Martha too! We needed more propane as we cooked outside for I think 4 evenings...sure enough Martha with the help of hubby had the propane tank installed the next day!!!! Thank you for everything! It was our first time in Bimini! Beautiful island with a lot of culture and history. Onel was very responsive and the studio we stayed at had a partial ocean view and walkable to the infinity pool. I would strongly recommend renting a golf cart from Onel so you can go from north to south of the island in a few minutes to see and support the local businesses as well as Resort World Bimini amenities. Beautiful location and private, security entrance to the resort area was a plus. We would highly recommend staying here!

Our stay at Andrea’s Airbnb at Coral Beach Condominiums was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we booked, Andrea provided impeccable customer service—responding promptly to every question and making us feel incredibly well taken care of before we even arrived. The condo was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing escape. But the real magic was the location—just a short, convenient trip to Port Lucaya where we enjoyed shopping, dining, and local culture. The private beach was a slice of paradise, with soft sand, calm turquoise waters, and cozy shaded tiki huts that made it effortless to spend hours lost in a good book or simply soaking in the view. Highly recommend staying here—and without a doubt, we would stay again.

My family (2 adults and 3 young kids) very much enjoyed our stay at Krishelle's. Her place is just as described, very cutely decorated, provided all the amenities we needed and was in a great location. It's about a 7 min walk to the public access area of cabbage beach and about 7 mins to the marina village and Atlantis. Her welcome basket of some Bahama items was such a nice welcoming touch to arrive to. You can tell she puts a lot of thought and care into her guests. The balcony was super spacious and we enjoyed drinking our morning coffees there. The beds were very comfortable. The laundry was great to have in-unit. Krishelle was super responsive and when a situation came up beyond her control, she went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. I would not hesitate to recommend her place and would definitely stay there again. Thanks for a great stay, Krishelle!

Most importantly the King bed was comfortable and the place had AC that worked and a full bath upstairs. This place is next to the Four Seasons Ocean Club and 10-15 min down the beach from the Atlantis This condo and the whole community is very basic with no frills but it boasts the best beach in the Bahamas. You have to punch in a code into two different gates to get to the beach but that means a VERY private and relaxing beach experience. Viola's restaurant is right out your front door on the property and has very reasonable and delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you are going to cook in, I recommend stopping at the Solomon's Fresh Market near the airport and getting all your groceries there or at a larger grocery store. The grocery on Paradise Island is pricey and very limited and a pretty decent walk (especially if raining). This has a circular staircase that some folks might find hard to use but if you are mobile, it's fine. Pull out sofa is fine for kids but not adults.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Unforgettable Stay in Exuma! Our stay at Exuma bungalow in was truly unforgettable! The location is absolutely perfect — just steps from the most beautiful turquoise waters we’ve ever seen. The bungalow was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. One of the absolute highlights of our trip was the Seven Beaches Tour — a breathtaking day exploring hidden coves, untouched sandbars, and some of the most incredible beaches we’ve ever set foot on. We can’t recommend it enough! A huge shoutout to Larry, our amazing host, who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. He was incredibly helpful with everything — from recommending the best local restaurants, must-see beaches, and excursions, to sharing insider tips that made our trip even more special. His knowledge and kindness made a big difference. We left with full hearts and so many memories. If you’re looking for the ultimate Exuma getaway, look no further - this is it!

Sandy Beach Cottages had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas! It allowed us to spend longer time on the beautiful beaches! Plenty of beach towels and bed linens. House was equipped with everything we needed. Host was quite friendly and very responsive. Only downside was being on the bottom floor. People above us had heavy footsteps. Pictures are a little deceiving in that there are other buildings nearby. However, they didn’t seemed occupied, so parking and beach in front were vacant! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We were blessed to go on this trip for my mom's 70th birthday and it did not disappoint! Jim & Mary were both incredibly helpful, communicative, and friendly and they have local support in the area to help you navigate your first day or so if needed. It is important to know that this location is not a tourist destination and you need to be ok driving, cooking, and enjoying their beautiful home and beach front property. The home is fully stocked with what you need to enjoy the water (paddleboards!) and to cook, sleep, and soak up the sunshine. The outdoor shower was a spa experience as you look out at the amazing lush yard. We highly recommend this unique, super-special stay in Eleuthera!

Right on the beach, beautiful views. The home was clean and comfortable. The kitchen lacks some items that you would need for cooking or baking. There is no WiFi at this location. There were only 2 bath towels and 2 beach towels and we were there for a week. We didn’t find any hand towels. There was also limited toilet paper and paper towels. We had to purchase some for our stay. All that said, the place was convenient for our stay. Note that there are no addresses on this island and the directions to the house could be better explained.

Absolutely gorgeous location. The house has everything you need and more. The host has you stocked with all supplies needed. The neighborhood cats are a plus. We will be back! ❤️

We had an incredible stay at Tucked In on Abaco Island! The house was wonderful—clean, well-designed, and surrounded by stunning water views in every direction. It felt like the perfect island escape. Our host, Matt, was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and full of great tips and local recommendations that enhanced the trip. Whether we were relaxing at the house, exploring the island, or just soaking in the views, everything about this stay was memorable. I would 100% recommend Tucked In to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic getaway in the Bahamas. We can’t wait to return!

Janet’s place was absolutely everything and more! My husband and I went for my 40th birthday and it was the perfect place for my celebration! We wanted a quiet, private, walk out to beach paradise and let me tell you, Janet’s place did not disappoint! It is now my favorite place! Janet herself is sensational! Incredible location and beautiful house. Both even better than the pictures. We have stayed in this area of the Bahamas for 10 years. This was our first time to Tara’s place. We will absolutely be back!
