Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Rockaway Beach

We traveled from Montana with another family to adventure the area during our kids spring break. The house accommodated everyone (8 people) very well! We were able cook meals here often and take in the ocean views. Very quick walk (across a busy street) to the beach. The beds are super comfy and having 3 full bathrooms was a plus. This house was exactly what we needed!

Our stay was wonderful. The house was clean and had excellent amenities. It felt like a true vacation. The kitchen was also well stocked with cooking utensils!

We absolutely loved our stay. The location is perfect for visiting the coast. James was proactively helpful. The place was extremely clean which the 4 of us greatly appreciated. Fully stocked kitchen, everything seemed new or well maintained. The bathrooms were stocked with quality soap products. The beds were so comfortable, we all laughed at how well we slept. We highly recommend!

Stayed here for my anniversary and it did not disappoint. The views were absolutely stunning and it was so peaceful. The house was very clean and has really good amenities. Spencer the host was very nice and responsive. 10/10 would recommend.

My wife and I spent our honeymoon here at The Perch and we had a wonderful week together. Everything we needed to be cozy and enjoy each other was in the home as well as an easy location for getting down to the beach and local eateries. Thanks! We enjoyed our time here and would return.

We've visited Craig's place many times. It never disappoints. The owners take a lot of pride in their unit and they work hard to keep it in a neat, clean and well maintained home. The kitchen is well equipped, and very clean and organized. The unit is nicely furnished with a good-sized dining table, and comfortable living room furniture. The bedroom is charming, and quite spacious, with a comfortable bed and small desk. The view is spectacular. The sound of surf is never far away. Stress melts away from the moment we arrive. As I said, we have stayed in Craig's place many times, and we have so many wonderful memories of it.

We had a truly lovely stay at this Oceanside property! The unit was exceptionally clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking, pots, pans, utensils, even spices. The view of the ocean from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, and we spent a lot of time just enjoying the scenery. One thing we were pleasantly surprised by: despite other reviews mentioning noise from upstairs units, we had the whole place to ourselves during our stay and it was wonderfully quiet. We slept great and really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. Overall, it was a relaxing and comfortable getaway. We’d happily return and recommend it to others looking for a quiet coastal escape with stunning views and a well-equipped space.

Wow! We had such a wonderful time, and this was such a wonderful space. We saw three deer from the porch on our first day; which was a nice treat.

This spot was perfect for a weekend getaway! An unbeatable location on a gorgeous stretch of beach. The condo itself is comfortable and you are only a few steps from the sand and ocean, as well as within walking distance to many places in Rockaway. Would recommend and return!

This was the perfect place to stay for the coastal part of our trip. It’s in a quiet area, close to Oceanside beach, and only about an hour away from other major attractions. The place was clean and comfy. My husband and I loved sleeping in the master bedroom upstairs. The kitchen and living area were perfect for cooking, playing games, and watching movies. The bedroom downstairs was cute with a bathroom next to it. Our only complaint was that the bed was slightly cramped for our six foot guy friend.

The place was perfect for 2 people and our older dog. Was very quiet which was perfect as we go to bed early. Check in was easy as Allison was very responsive. Bed was super comfy too which we appreciated because we have had our share of some not so comfy beds. Overall nice stay! Thank you

We just arrived home from another wonderful weekend at Deja View. What an absolutely beautiful condo located at Rockaway Beach. The giant picture window allows a breathtaking view of the ocean. Sitting in the comfy chair by the window watching beautiful Oregon sunsets is my favorite spot to be. ♥️ The condo is beautifully furnished with a beachy fun look. Easy beach access too! The community leaves sand toys for all to enjoy as well. Our grandchildren had so much fun on one of our stays last summer. No need to bring everything plus the kitchen sink. The condo had everything for us throughout the condo. We also love the sweet town of Rockaway too- cute shops and fun restaurants to choose from. Deja View has become our home away from home. We enjoy bringing our 4 grandchildren with us too. They have so much fun in the bunk bed room. The parking is easy and safe with an elevator for easy access to the condo. We will definitely be heading back to Deja View again soon.

We had a wonderful stay, clean, quiet and very peaceful surroundings.

My pup and I enjoyed our long weekend at Stephen’s place. The view is absolutely beautiful! The place was clean and comfortable, and Stephen left a little dog basket for us. The two beds are different firmness so you have options. While I did hear the people above me, I have definitely heard worse, so it seems like the sound dampening he mentioned on previous reviews is working. Not a lot of restaurants in the area, so stock up on groceries in Tillamook. Oceanside is super peaceful and it was a great spot, easy walk to the beach as well. The only thing to mention is there aren’t any chairs on the deck to enjoy the view outside (but you can see great from inside). That would be an awesome addition, but regardless, I’d absolutely stay here again!
