There is no way to accurately describe the views of the Tuscany countryside from this wonderful villa. The updating of the house left nothing to be desired. Indoor and outdoor amenities are perfect for a large group or family. It's a great home base, as it's centrally located. We took day trips to Assisi, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Monticchhiello, Pienza, Siena, and Orvieto. And so close to the hidden gem of Bagno Vignoni - don't skip it. Kathleen was one of the best hosts we have ever had. From recommendations and directions to introductions to chefs and wine tour guides. She was quickly responsive to all of our questions throughout the process. You will love everything about this place. We would definitely go back.

Great stay at Patrizia's home. It was large enough clean, comfortable, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. This is the ideal place to visit Val d 'Orcia. Although close to the road we did not hear the noise of cars. At the beginning of the stay, the Wifi wasn't working. Patrizia and her husband were responsive and we find a solution. Thank you so much!

We arrived relatively late by car. Angelo still waited for us, even though there is a self check-in. He is a very friendly host and gave us direct tips for the area and showed us the accommodation. The apartment is nice and lovingly decorated. Everything was clean. The kitchen is well equipped, so you can easily cook small things. Coffee and a Bialetti are provided by Angelo. Our apartment included a small but very beautiful garden that invites you to linger. The house also has a pavilion for all guests with breathtaking views over the Val d'Orcia. The entire area is picturesquely beautiful and all the beautiful towns (Montalcino, Montepulciano and Pienza) are easily accessible from the accommodation. On the way there, we ate very well in Torrenieri in the Osteria dei Briganti e dei Poeti. We would definitely come back and choose Angelo again! Thank you!!!

Wonderful stay! Beautiful location, pristine accommodations. Pictures online do not do it justice. Nice walk into town to explore the towers and nearby restaurant. Good contrast to our time in Florence before and Amalfi coast after. Highly recommend. Hope to be back some day.
