Vacation rentals with lake access in Riviera di Ponente

It is very nice and clean place, in the old village, very quiet. The house is specific and cosy. We appriciate also small tarrece and garden just for us. It is good that you have the place on your own and do not need share with other guests. The hosts welcomed us friendly, they explained everthing and left needed things. It was a great surprise :). It is good they offered towels. We spent 10 wonderful days with our small dog here. Near in the woods there are natural lakes were we went on foot. We travelled by car and visted beautiful places along Ligurian coast. Thank you Lorenzo and Alessandro 🙂

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Sandro et sa femme qui on été flexibles pour notre arrivée assez tardive. Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement, la maison était comme décrite et très bien équipée. Notre fils de 2 ans et demi a pu profiter des nombreux jeux mis à disposition, ainsi que de l'aire de jeu et de l'étang du domaine, mon mari et mon beau père de court de padel, ainsi que des commerce et restaurants à proximité. La cuisine est plus que bien équipée avec même de la vaisselle pour enfant qui nous a été très utile pour notre petit bout. L'espace extérieur est top malgré le fait que nous n'avons pas pu trop en profiter à cause de la météo. Sandro a toujours été très réactif lors de nos communications et de bon conseil. Nous n'avons rencontré que des points positifs lors de notre séjours et nous y retournerons volontiers si l'occasion se présente !

Ce séjour a été au-delà de nos espérances. Le projet de rénovation de la grange est tout simplement magnifique, alliant charme, confort et authenticité. La vue depuis la grande baie vitrée est à couper le souffle et invite à la contemplation et au repos . Un immense merci à Sandrine et son mari pour leur disponibilité, leur gentillesse et leur accueil chaleureux. Le village est plein de charme et les habitants sont d’une grande bienveillance. Le calme qui règne dans les environs nous a permis de nous ressourcer pleinement. Ce moment restera gravé dans nos esprits. Merci infiniment . ❤️ nous reviendrons c'est certain

Hôte réactive aux messages, les échanges se sont très bien passés, appartement très calme au cœur du village correspond à l’annonce rien à redire, parfait pour passer un bon moment dans la tranquillité :)

Geweldig huis in het prachtige Rezzo. Het is echt een plek voor natuurliefhebbers. We hebben prachtige wandelingen gemaakt vanaf het huis, kaarten zijn aanwezig. Het leuke is dat je echt middenin een Italiaans dorp zit, maar wel met veel eigen ruimte buiten. Er is namelijk een grote tuin met veel bomen en allerlei vogels, ook zeldzame. Neem wel de boodschappen mee als je komt, want de weg naar Rezzo is niet erg breed. Het huis is vanbinnen erg ruim en alles is aanwezig. Perfecte plek voor een rustige vakantie met mooie zwemplekken in de buurt.

The home is tucked away from the hustle and bustle, which is great for a quiet escape. The views are stunning and the setting is sublime. You will have no problem achieving your step target, that's for sure, as it's a fair few steps up into the village. That aside, we would not hesitate to book again. The location and view from the apartment is stunning. Natasha and Pete were very friendly and helpful and communication was easy, as they live above the apartment. We were fortunate to arrive the day before Le Bar-sur-Loup’s Orange Festival, so enjoyed being part of the town, the festivities and the local people. For a stay in such a location, with many things to do within easy reach, we have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Dominique and Serge are really very friendly, kind and caring hosts. They did their best to offer early check-in as our flight arrived at 9.30 am, and they provided us with clear and valuable advices on the apartment, surroundings and things to do in Villeneuve-Loubet. The apartment is very clean, cozy, bright and equipped with all amenities needed for a pleasant family holiday in Cote d'Azur. It is just a 4-minute walk from a bus station where Bus 622 takes you in about 30 minutes to the Grand Arenas Bus Station, which is in a walking distance from Nice International Airport. That Bus is running almost every one hour from 6 am to around 7 pm. Villeneuve-Loubet itself is a lovely town near Antibes in the midway between Nice and Cannes where we had the chance to enjoy the beautiful beach, restaurants and the hypermarket (InterMarche) and to visit Nice, Cannes and Monaco. We will definitely want to stay again in the same apartment in our next holiday in cote d'Azur.

We were very happy with the apartment. Marc and Laeti are very good hosts and always try to stay in contact with you and reply within minutes. The apartment lies in a quite neighborhood in a closed community, and is only a 5min drive away from the sea. The apartment was very clean and the fully equipped kitchen had everything we could think of. Once again, we thank Laeti and Marc for being wonderful hosts and can recommend this apartment very much!

Nice place in the village of Le Broc of the beaten path. Place was modern and well furnished. Village also has great restaurants and vibe to walk around and explore. River the at the bottom of the valley is also refreshing to swim in. I will stay when I am back in the area for sure!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le cottage de Laure, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la literie très confortable et le linge de lit de qualité, ainsi que le fait de pouvoir profiter à volonté de la piscine assez proche du cottage. Couldn’t dream of a more perfect or beautiful location hidden away in the forest up in the hills. As it is located up a private road this is a place where you’ll find absolute tranquility and peace. The only other presence here is the wild forest habitants and the sound of a nearby steam. We had the pleasure of seeing boar, deer and foxes to name a few. The house has everything you need and is charmingly decorated - and not to mention the outstanding outside areas where we practically lived during the whole month we stayed here. The host and cohosts are super sweet and helpful, always responsive and very respectful to privacy. Close by in the historic charming old village, Badalucco, there're several great hiking trails and good restaurants. We just loved it and it was not easy leaving so we will return soon . It goes without saying that we highly recommend this place <3 Thank you for having us!

Badalucco is a beautiful little village in the mountains and the place was perfect for starting walks from. Very modern and the bed was amazing, slept really well. Great for a peaceful getaway

Maison très agréable située dans un parc privatif avec petit lac , piscine agréable , tennis , très ombragé , La maison est charmante à l’intérieur elle est entièrement rénovée et climatisée , début août c’est très appréciable , très bien équipée , il ne manque rien pour le confort d’un séjour dans le sud est , son extérieur est sans vis à vis et plutôt calme , nous avons profité du barbecue et des jolies soirées sur la terrasse Aussi nous avons profité de la très belle région mais aussi des activités du parc avec la piscine et le tennis .merci !!!

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Danke für die schnellen Rückmeldungen und vielen Dank an Deine Eltern und den Bringservice! Wir waren sehr gern auf der Terrasse und hätten gerne den Aussenbereich mehr genutzt, leider war das Wetter nicht gut genug. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fabulous clean well equipped cottage on gated estate with lovely communal pool, lovely lake and friendly good quality restaurant. Perfect location at the foot of Grasse minutes from the perfume factories and a brilliant location to visit Nice, Antibes, Cannes & Moujins. Would highly recommend

Logement très charmant et cosy, nous avons passé un agréable séjour et la résidence est paisible. Les piscines et autres activités dans la résidence sont très agréables. Flore s’est montré très disponible et réactive. Elle a même réussi à trouver un lit parapluie pour notre bébé. Merci à elle pour sa gentillesse.
