We stayed here with 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 1-3.5) and had a great time. The host was very communicative and helped us with finding cots and high chairs for the kids. They also helped us with arranging transportation to the airport for a very early flight. Location is good, we walked everywhere and it was an easy tram ride to the airport and easy train ride to other neighboring towns. Very close to the beach, and the Airbnb even included beach toys for the kids!

Our two-week stay at Rustico Pio Filippo was magical. We really enjoyed the quiet location and the breathtaking nature and were able to unwind wonderfully. The house as well as the service was perfect! We are really excited for next time.

We had an amazing stay here - it was beautiful, cosy and comfortable with the most amazing views. Note there is no wifi but I used my phone to hotspot from and it wasn’t a problem at all. We loved it, planning to come back.

We spent a wonderful week at this property as a family with 6 adults, 2 children, and 2 dogs. The estate is impressive: large, high-ceilinged rooms and plenty of space, which made our stay very comfortable. Although the house is located directly by a road, you don’t notice any noise from the street once you are in the garden or behind the house – it is wonderfully peaceful. The pool is spacious and inviting. The garden is huge, very well-maintained, and beautifully landscaped with numerous flowers, trees, and shrubs. There are plenty of loungers, chairs, tables, and parasols around the pool, providing great comfort. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and flexible. The hosts were always friendly and helpful. When one of the coffee machines was defective, it was replaced immediately – excellent service! We sincerely thank the hosts for the wonderful time and look back on a truly memorable holiday. We highly recommend this accommodation!

Beautiful house in an extremely pleasant natural setting. Hikes and tours nearby; sea view

The house was in excellent condition, very clean, spacious and well equipped. Everything was spotlessly clean and there was plenty of room to store things. The view is beautiful and the hot tub was really a plus for our stay, even without a pool, we enjoyed it! There is also enough space to park several cars, which is very convenient. Sylwia, the owner, was lovely, very present and always available to help us. Just a quick tip: pay attention to the road to get to the house, it goes up quite a bit and can surprise, especially the first time. Thanks again for this great stay!

We stayed at the property in Cirpressa for a few days. The accommodation is very cozy inside the small village of Cipressa. There are two small restaurants and a children's playground. The property is also very spacious and keeps what it promises. Above all, the balcony overlooking the sea is great. All in all, it is a place where you can feel very comfortable and spend some beautiful days in a wonderful environment.
