Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in River Forest

This was my second time staying in Matt’s home. It is clean, comfortable, beautifully appointed and has many extras that make you feel ‘ at home’. I’ll be looking here 1st for my next trip to the Oak Park area. Thank you for another wonderful stay!

Very nice house for our family. L station really close to visit Chicago. Game room to enjoy evening with family. We have enjoyed our stay in Keith and Valerie house.

Ericka is a fantastically thoughtful host! After a long day of travel, she had welcoming gifts in the fridge! Very helpful with any and all questions, the place was just exactly what we needed! Not far at all from the train station either! I’d stay here again for sure! Thank you!

The stay was for me and my parents. The location was a bit hard to find at first. But once we found it, it was quiet and peaceful. We felt safe. Im 5'2 and could touch the ceiling so keep that in mind my tall folks. We had no issues with it. The parking spot was amazing to have! Its located right inside a town with Walmart, grocery stores & restaurants. It is about 30 mins from downtown. And takes about an hr to get back during the evening hrs. But we didn't mind.

5 star for sure! This place is a hidden gem, its so clean and has so many little extras to make you feel at home. I found seasoning to cook with,.coffee, tea, cream and sugar..and even a couple of pods for laundry. All of that plus an easy check-in, great parking space in the back (which you will need since street parking can be dicey) and the friendly neighbors made my stay wonderful. I stayed 7 nights and it is quiet at night so I felt very safe and got a good nights rest each night. I will definitely book again!!!

Linda was a truly gracious hostess and immediately responded any time we had a question. I can highly recommend her beautiful home!

Kettil and Caroline’s place was perfect for a quick trip! We felt right at home in this vintage house. The only thing to note is that the driveway is pretty narrow and the neighbor left their car in the way not leaving us much room to go around it leaving and entering so be careful as to not scrape the rocks on the ground. The kids enjoyed the piano and tv room and we liked the eccentric artwork. Overall I would recommend this place!

Best Airbnb ever that we’ve stayed in. Super clean, everything looked brand new. Caroline gave us Helpful information and places to eat at. Are son loved so much, he wanted to stay longer there. We had everything we needed. The rooms were bigger then what it seem in the pictures. We had a great time !

We need a place to spend the night with my family and rest , and this place was really nice . It is like a museum, had good amenities, so much space and really peaceful. I would love to spend some time there again . And also have a lot restaurants around the area . We are so grateful for the great communication and to let us to stay there .

Juliana was a great host and we felt right at home. She was very friendly and helpful. The place was outstanding and the fenced in huge backyard was awesome. Our dogs loved it. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Even more spacious than in the photos! Well-kept place, with a fully stocked kitchen, projector, BOSE speaker, and great backyard. Double shower in the master bedroom, and strong water pressure. Entry is easy with a code. Finally, the host is VERY accommodating, flexible, and responsive. Recommended!

Great clean place

I love everything about this home and all the e amenities, and the private rooftop was the greatest touch of the property Vince was amazing and very easy to reach in very fast responding.Thanks so much .

David’s place was AWESOME!! Everything was great and homie. David was awesome with responding and made sure we were good. I had two past reviews in which they could have easily sparked David to not let me book with him. But he was open minded and heard me out unlike some other host. All reviews are not honest and the details can be off by mishaps. But I appreciate his openness, niceness and overall just awesomeness. Definitely an awesome place for an affordable price. The neighborhood is nice as well and a great out door seating area in the back yard. I’ll be booking again. THANK YOU DAVID ❤️

Excellent place to stay if you want to be in a “suburban-feel” of the city: you’re in a neighborhood that is steps away from a “main street” walkable area with shops. The two parking spots are very convenient and the main floor is so thoughtfully decorated and furnished. Everything is 5 stars, just want to make a few notes: be wary of the stairs as they can be a little slippery if you don’t have any grippy socks or slippers and there is only one full bathroom so you’ll have to share this with the other guests, also there are blinds but no blackout curtains so you’ll wake up with the sun. The neighbors are very nice, but if the kids are out and about you will hear them clearly. Would 100% book again!

It’s a nice, quiet neighborhood. Definitely felt safe. The space was clean and comfortable. Perfect for a one night stay in Chicago.

When we were first looking for a place to stay, none of the available AirB&Bs looked great. A week later, we looked again, and suddenly Julia's place popped up. It was so much better looking, and with a fairer price, than any others I could find in the list. A two-bedroom that is a *real* two-bedroom, for the price that others were charging for a pull-out bed in the living room. It was just as beautiful in-person. We felt immediately at-home and comfortable. I'm someone who has insomnia, especially while traveling, but there, I had no problem sleeping somehow. Also, it truly is a short walk to the Blue Line, or even a just few steps from the 77 bus route, which goes to the Blue Line, or all the way right into downtown Chicago.

My daughter and I stayed at Izakaya Studio on a recent visit to Chicago. The studio is great and Brett made it so easy to locate everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The next time we stay I hope to spend more time exploring the neighborhood because there were so many restaurants and shops to choose from (lots of open-air patios and decks which would be so nice during the summer season). The walk to the blue line El stop felt safe and quick. We loved the studio's layout. The kitchen and bedroom areas were separate and Brett has two big, comfy chairs for relaxing, and ample island space for eating or using as a work space. My daughter had some virtual work meetings and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you'd need for meal prep. We ate out each day, but our delicious breakfast take-out came from a place right up the street called Yolk. I highly recommend the Izakaya Studio for a relaxing and fun visit to Chicago.

Great location and property!

Great location, and easy access to all main streets. The neighborhood is quiet, and very safe. The people in the neighborhood were very welcoming. The condo was nice, very spacious and a great value for the cost.

The time spent here was wonderful. This place has everything you need to feel at home away from home. Everything was clean and comfortable. The area was also really nice with tons of food and drinks within walking distance. The blue line is a short walk away and the busses run on the corner. I would definitely stay here again when coming back to Chicago.

This is a WONDERFUL one bedroom apartment that is both private and spacious! The owner/host has the space fabulously decorated with an eclectic mix of original contemporary artwork and antiques. Nothing is generic about the space and it has been outfitted for guests with loving care. The host, Kaye, clearly puts much trust in her guests with her charming decor and furnishings. The amount of space, the privacy and the home-y feel make it a place we'd love to return to.

Beautiful place to stay in Pilsen area just what we wanted! Close to downtown and amazing places to eat all around. Easy access to a lot of things to do. Beautiful place, extremely clean! We definitely enjoyed our stay at Laura’s!

Really lovely place to stay, comfortable flat in a quiet area. Couple of minutes' walk to buses and the blue line to get into the City. Ewa was very communicative and helpful, the place was clean, and I appreciated the selection of snacks and tea on arrival. Would definitely stay again if I visit Chicago.
