Village house renovated in 2019 by a renowned architect, ideally located in the village of La Flotte. The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

Approximately 22 m2, it is completely independent, recently and fully renovated. Around 2 outdoor spaces (awning and south-facing courtyard) you will have a bathroom area and a kitchen - living room - bedroom set. The storage bed (160x200) is made upon arrival and towels are provided!
