I asked and next to the university in the lush landscape of Puijonlaakso, a new studio apartment on a French balcony. Dedicated parking spot in the yard. Accessible access to the apartment. Downtown Kuopio is 2.5 km away. There is a bus stop right in front of the apartment, where there are two lines in 10minutes to the center of Kuopio. From the apartment, you can easily access the Puijonlaakso hiking trails, along which you continue to Puijo. Also next door to the beautiful Frog Pond and cozy park area with beaches.

The place is great! Raija's cottage is compact: small, but well-equipped. Our group of 8 people fit comfortably to spend the weekend. The cottage and the barns were wonderfully cool even though the outside temperature was already higher. The vaulted sauna offered incredibly wonderful and gentle saunas for the whole group at once. Raija gave comprehensive instructions on how to use the cottage. I'd love to come back to the place sometime! 👌🏻

A peaceful place in the heart of nature by the lake. Wood-fired sauna, ready-made wicker chairs, large dock and a beautiful lake. The cake was baking and the whistles were announcing themselves. The wren lived in the birdhouse. I would have enjoyed it for longer.
