Our stay at the listing was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The place was exactly as described—clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was impressive, from the cozy furnishings to the well-stocked kitchen. This place made us super nostalgic, I came with my grandmother and she is 85 and she loved the place because it’s just so similar to hers in the hills. Our host, Virendra was wonderful—responsive, thoughtful, and always ready to help with great local recommendations. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless and enjoyable stay. We can’t wait to return and would love to visit again .

Ashu's place exceeded all expectations and delivered on every promise. The bedroom provided utmost comfort and was complemented by a generously sized living room that seamlessly connected to a stunning balcony. The kitchen was fully equipped to ensure the stay was comfortable. The surroundings were pleasantly green, and Ashu was always just a phone call away. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone!

This cottage is very charming and warm. The architecture of the home is very interesting. The upstairs room feels like a tree house with a peaked ceiling and the downstairs opens up to the outdoors. Everything is there to enjoy a long term stay and the location is peaceful while being very close to all the activity of Rajpur Rd. The garden is lovely and attracts the most beautiful hummingbirds and butterflies. Easy to use swiggy and blinkit from this location. I highly recommend 🪷🙏🏽

The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, offering great local tips and making check-in a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with everything I needed just a short walk/drive away. I recently stayed at Himalaya Homestay in Dehradun and had a very comfortable experience. The homestay is well-kept and clean, with a calm environment that makes you feel at home. The rooftop terrace was a wonderful place to sit in the evening and enjoy the view. The shared kitchen was also very useful, especially if you want to cook something light during your stay. The place is perfect for solo travellers, couples, or even small families who are looking for a budget-friendly and peaceful place to stay. I would definitely recommend Himalaya Homestay to anyone visiting Dehradun.

This place and the caretakers are just lovely and reminiscent of your own home in the mountains. Also beautiful lawns for kiddos / pets to run around, super clean and right next to good eating places. We had a great time :)

You enter into a white gate with guava tree on your right hand, good spacious parking and a well groomed garden! The host is soo so available that you just ping and he says yes to all :) Caretaker bhaiya was just like your additional family and always ready to help you with tea , jacuzzi or anything. The place is all filled with good vibes good vibes and good vibes 😎

This place is very conveniently located for both public and private transport. The room was clean and well ventilated. The balcony and the window are very good. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The host Pradeep Vaid is a gem of a person. The room in which I stayed had the bathroom outside the room. One way it's also good. Apart from that nothing to complain about.
