The entire service is very good and meets our expectations for vacation rentals. Quiet place without being isolated, hosts present and available without being disturbing. Great value for money.

Small nice house in a quiet cul-de-sac, independent access, friendly owners to see again in October November on our next trip to the Landes

The house is beautifully decorated and equipped, very spacious and bright, has a huge garden and is wonderfully quiet between fields and forests. Contis - with its great beach and small town center for strolling and many nice restaurants - is easily reached in about 15 minutes by car, or also by bicycle, via mostly quiet paths, along small towns. The house is ideal for families with children, for relaxing, hiking, cycling and much more. Bayonne and Bordeaux - and also other beautiful cities - are easily reached in a day trip. I'm already looking forward to my next vacation at Gudi and Stéphane's house ☺️

This is a lovely never home. Very comfortable for our group of 3 couples. It is beautifully decorated and very welcoming. We enjoyed the pool on our one sunny day and enjoyed sitting on patio all three days we were there. I will note that the grill provided is charcoal and and the briquettes were not provided- so if you want to grill outside plan ahead. However the applique ces were excellent including a 7 burner stove. So we just grilled inside!

What a wonderful stay in this little cocoon, a big thank you to Katia and Olivier who were available and responsive when needed and very discreet throughout our stay. The pluses that make the difference: air conditioning, swimming pool, barbecue, quality of bedding, outdoor terrace, darts and finally the 2 magnificent bikes that allow you to reach the accommodation at the beach of Ondres or enjoy the surrounding areas. The accommodation is frankly great and especially close to everything, it's a good base to visit the Basque and Landes coast.

Beautiful house, clean decor with all the necessary amenities. Allows us to relax in peace, the brightness is very pleasant. Very well insulated when the doors are closed (near a road junction). Clémence was very responsive by message, I recommend this accommodation!

Very nice place for a peaceful stay. The calm allows you to recharge and the freshness of the house and the trees in the garden is perfect for hot weather! The bedding is comfortable and the house is well equipped. The location is great for crisscrossing the area. The owners are very welcoming and the tips are helpful.

Jérôme is a very welcoming host, very friendly. Arriving from abroad, he gave us access to the accommodation earlier than expected. Apartment in perfect condition, very clean, great location with all options. Plus private parking right in front of the accommodation with a small wooden terrace fully equipped with even a plancha. We will be back and we recommend it more more more more more.

Very good hospitality, lovely, lots of good tips to advise us, we made wonderful discoveries thanks to their advice, the accommodation is superb and very well maintained, the location of the accommodation is perfect, city center 5 min walk, the magnificent Lake Soustons is 2 min walk. We had a great time at Anthony's place. Everything was impeccable. Very well equipped and very clean. Located in a small, very quiet residence, with a beautiful terrace without neighbors opposite, and a parking space in the basement. Anthony was always very responsive to our messages, quick response... we couldn't meet him because he wasn't available, too bad, 😕 but the key handover was done without any worries... we'll be happy to come back.

Thanks for staying. The apartment is very nice, clean with a magnificent view of the lake and ocean view from the bedroom🥰 The beaches are all accessible on foot or by bicycle. We would happily stay again🙏

Apartment with a beautiful view of Notre-Dame beach in Capbreton. It is not very large but well arranged and has all the necessary space for 2 people. We were welcomed by the owner's father who was extremely kind. There were also 2 bikes available which is a real plus for getting around the city.

Perfect! Close to the ocean, the city and its restaurants. You can drop your car off in the private parking lot and do everything on foot. The accommodation is clean and as described. I would recommend it!

Communication with the host was excellent, very helpful at all times, the accommodation is in very good condition and has all the amenities, 100% recommended host, I will repeat with Nicolás when I go back to his area
