To the cozy pedestrian street it is only 100 meters, about 350 meters to the train and bus station, and 80 meters to the parking garage (cheap 24-hour parking). There is a short distance to ALL the facilities and experiences both summer and winter: Maihaugen, Olympia Park, Hafjell, Hunderfossen, Lilleputthammer, Sjusjøen, and much more.

Charming farmhouse for rent. Location at Hafjell in the immediate vicinity of Pellestova and Ilsetra, in an area with good opportunities for activities for the whole family. In spring, summer and autumn there is a road all the way up to the cabin. The cabin is located in a cozy seating area with great hiking trails right nearby and with a short distance to Hafjell (2 km to drive to Gaiastova which is the closest starting point for alpine skiing). In winter, you have to walk about 250 meters on skis or snowshoes from a free parking lot.

To Sjusjøen cross-country skiing 8 km drive, to Hafjell/Hunderfossen Adventure Park 30 min, and Sjusjøen alpine for families only 10 min. Lillehammer city center 15 min. Evening and Sunday open grocery store Mesnali 3 min. Bed linen and towels can be rented and must be pre-booked - price NOK 250/£20/€25 per set. Feel free to bring your own. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, coffee machine (must buy Dolce-Gusto capsules), kettle ++. The cabin is south-west facing with good sun conditions and great views. There are duvets and pillows in the cabin, but you need to bring your own sheets and towels.
