Great home with a fantastic view! Sparkling clean and organized! Spent an amazing weekend there with friends and kids. Absolute gem!

Space for our large family of 8. The house had the impression that there were children living there, which was perfect for us. The outdoor area and jacuzzi were just great and within walking distance to the store. Plenty of space for cars. We would gladly come again!

We had such a great weekend here! The house was super cozy and honestly one of the nicest we’ve stayed in - it really felt like a home away from home. The kids had a blast with the toys and running around, and we loved family time in the hot tub. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the hosts were lovely and responsive. Would definitely come back!

A great villa with many accommodation options. Especially great: the two huge Lego boxes 😍 It took some getting used to that the two bathrooms have separate entrances, but are only separated from each other by a shower curtain. However, this was also described in the property description. Oyvind was also helpful in finding a ski school or recommending restaurants! All in all a great place to stay. Highly recommended!

Fantastic stay at Toms lodge in Favn. The location is unbeatable and ideal for kids with very easy access to slopes and lifts etc. thank you for a great stay

Fresh apartment with central and well located. Close to ski tracks and shops. Very comfortable beds! The host Annette was very accommodating and quick with answers to our questions.

We had a lovely stay at Eir’s place with the family. Spectacular view, private veranda, cozy interior and good space for the whole family. We also went hiking on a nearby top, which had an even better view of Mjøsa and it’s surroundings. Eir and her husband was very friendly and helpful!

Great place. Only thing that kind of sucks is the 121 kroner toll _each time_ you cross from the Brummundal.

There were five of us in the cabin for the Birkebeiner run and we had a perfect time. In the cabin there was everything we needed for cross-country skiing vacation. Easily accessible by car despite a lot of snow, yet very quiet and with a great view! We enjoyed it a lot and hope to come back again, maybe even to the Birkebeiner again...

We are delighted. This is the highest standard of cottage we have rented so far. Everything is beautifully arranged. Quality at the highest level. Beautiful kitchen equipment, tableware, dining room furniture, decorations, lighting, clean and fragrant, beautiful view of the green fields and the lake in the distance. We fell in love with this place. We'll be back !!!!

We had a wonderful stay and would come back anytime. Kâre was very accommodating and always easily accessible. Since we arrived without a car, he organized extra bedding for us. The cottage was very clean, spacious and cozy. The location is perfect for cross-country skiing and if you arrive by car, everything is quickly accessible. However, we decided against a rental car and traveled from Oslo by train and bus. This is of course a challenge with a location 2 km from the center. Certainly, some things would have been easier by car, and you have to be well organized to make it happen without a car. The bus line is little used and therefore does not run so often. Transporting purchases or garbage on skis from/to the center of Sjusjoen is certainly not for everyone. We did it and at least compensated a little for our climate-unfriendly flight from Germany to Oslo :-)

We had a very nice week of skiing in the cabin. It is well equipped, functional and fresh. Bonus were the thick and warm duvets that were there.

We had a great stay in the cabin! The kitchen has most of what you’d need and we especially liked the coffee maker! The beds were comfortable and the location is beautiful. We had some issues with the shower on the first day, but our host helped to fix it the next day. We appreciated the quick communication. The cabin is really nice and cozy! It’s not too big, so it could get crowded with four or five people. For two, it was great! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Amazing cabin! Before we checked in, we thought the cabin was a bit smaller and not as magical and beautiful as it actually was in real life. We arrived at the cabin at night after a long drive. When we made our way into the cabin, it was much larger than expected and we hung ourselves up in every little charming detail such as the cozy cabin book and other info that was printed out and laid out, old skis in the ceiling, a fun wooden stick hanging in the hallway, nicely modern and exclusively furnished with nice furniture, sheepskin, antlers outside over the porch door, delicious duvets and empty hotel pad as well as it was clean and neat. Everything was spot on! It was also lovely that the neighboring cabins were not so close, because when we go on a cabin trip, it is good to have some extra "space" and we got that here. Finally, and not least, a big thank you to the hosts who made us feel so welcome at their cabin. Here we got good info, quick and very friendly responses.
