NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70sqm attic apartment in the center of Rosenheim. In the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous central and railway station proximity (10 minutes walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state garden display area.

Kemenate under roof with mountain views

Located directly on the forest is the very quiet roof apartment in our house. We use the hallway together, all other things can be found in the apartment. Roof apartment over the entire house area with spacious bright bathroom (with mountain view) and beautiful west-facing balcony. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchenette, tv, wifi, hairdryer etc. If our guests need something that is not there, we certainly have it in our stock.

My home is close to the mountains, Chiemsee and other smaller lakes. The surrounding area offers leisure activities for athletes, but also exhibitions and museums. The small apartment is located in a 100 year old courtyard in Bernau am Chiemsee on the 1st floor and has a large living room and bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a kitchen with corner table and a bathroom. Please note: the highway is within sight of the farm!
