The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Abrahams Bayr Cottage

Beautiful, completely renovated dream house in 83135 Schechen am Inn, district of Rosenheim in Upper Bavaria. The idyllic Erlensee lake is in the immediate vicinity. To the bus 1 minute, train nearby, a few minutes to Rosenheim and 45 minutes to Munich. The house has three bedrooms, a balcony and a very spacious bathroom, two WCs. There is also a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, leading into the bright living/dining area, with conservatory and adjoining terrace overlooking the garden.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment.
