Beachfront vacation rentals in Upper Bavaria

We had booked for a family weekend with 9 adults 3 children and 1 baby and 4 dogs. Michael and his team were helpful to us in everything, and our meeting was completely successful. We were all very comfortable in this beautiful location.

We were very happy with the apartment. Maike put a lot of effort into the furnishings, which you can tell. It is very nice and harmoniously furnished. In addition, she responded flexibly to requests and even had beer for us in the fridge. The idea with the guest book is also great. Thank you for very nice days at Lake Tegernsee.

Manni was a super responsive, friendly, and kind host. He was accommodating when we arrived earlier than check-in. The apartment is on the fourth floor and it’s about a 30 minute walk to get to the center of Munich but the place itself was clean and matched expectations. Would definitely recommend staying with Manni! :)

We stayed with a group of friends for a few days – and it was just great! The entire house was very clean, lovingly decorated and has a very special atmosphere with its unique wooden flair. The location directly on the water is fantastic and offers many opportunities for activities and excursions. A real highlight was the stiltsauna – an experience we will not soon forget! The host Michael was super friendly, very helpful and communication in advance as well as on site went absolutely smoothly. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Thank you for this great time!

Beautiful and cozy apartment overlooking the lake from the balcony. There were four of us and we had a lovely time. Apartment is small but very cozy. We would come back 😊

We stayed there as a group of 5 people for a weekend. The place was very nice, we were quickly helped with problems, all residents and other vacationers were super friendly. We were able to play wonderful games in the shared garden but also at our dining table. The walks on the Danube were a highlight and you can easily walk to the Rewe including the bakery just like downtown and the good Italian Pizzeria Romana. In addition, there are also two bikes that can be rented for free. Thank you!

Right on the day of arrival, we were warmly welcomed and asked if we needed anything else. Everything was provided directly. Totally straightforward communication, very friendly and accommodating. Great location of the cabin. Highly recommended.

Ulli’s place was beautiful! The apartment was very private and located on a lake. The place is very spacious. Ulli was very responsive and kind. It was convenient to travel into the city center via bus or taxi and then train.

We had a great week right on the lake. We also frequently used the swimming pool in the house despite the good weather. Great accommodation and lots of excursion options in the area.

Very nice apartment overlooking the lake. Parking available. In the kitchen, there was everything you needed in terms of kitchen utensils. The village shop and village cafe are a 2-minute walk away. Has now reopened with new owners. We would come back anytime.

We had a wonderful vacation in Petras apartment near the Walchensee. Everything was available. The view over the lake from the balcony is spectacular. Private terrace and access to the lake are fantastic. Bakery around the corner and supermarket 10 min. by car. Petra is a very friendly and helpful host, always available and also gives all kinds of tips to explore the area. We'd love to come back.

We had a very nice time at Lake Chiemsee! Located in an apartment building, it is especially family-friendly. The balcony has a great view – perfect for relaxing evenings. There is a lot for children: a loft bed, some toys and many board games. The garden is also a highlight – with picnic benches, a swing and a sandbox, ideal for playing and relaxing. The lake is within walking distance, the shallow water there is great for children. The kitchen is very small but has everything you need. The bathroom with shower was also completely sufficient. We were missing a laundry rack – a washing machine and dryer are available, but for a fee (in the basement). The small indoor pool was a great extra – not huge, but our kids had a lot of fun. We also liked the playroom in the basement, which is really well equipped for kindergarten children.

The apartment is beautifully situated with direct lake views. In any of the surrounding area, everything was excellent. We were warmly welcomed. And since we forgot the cafe we got enough from Christian for the whole stay. The place is highly recommended.

We had an amazing time! The flat is ideally located: very close to the lake, in a quiet environment and easily accessible! We found the flat larger than what we expected from the pictures and it was very comfortable. Rolf is great host and was kind enough to communicate with us in a perfect French! He gave us good advices on where to go for our walks and always replied very promptly. We can only recommend this place and consider coming back in the future.

Had a great time staying at Iryna‘s place! She was very friendly, responsive, and flexible. The apartment is right by the water and walking distance to Rottach-Egern and Tegernsee. It was clean and met our expectations. Until next time!

We stayed at Christian's place over Christmas. Everything was great. The apartment was very clean and very cozy. We especially liked the view of the lake and royal castle. The hosts were very friendly and also gave some tips on where to buy fresh milk, for example:) we are very satisfied and would like to thank the hosts and wish you all the best:)

A particularly great place to stay, especially if you are traveling with children and like animals. The feel-good factor is immediately available, the accommodation is equipped with everything you need. The location is also great. We felt almost at home from the first moment and enjoyed the days very much! There is enough space, even if there are six of you.

The accommodation has a fantastic view, very nice and clean. Would happily come again. Small items, such as soap, oil and shower gel, you would have to get yourself.
