Die drei ganz neuenTiny-Häuser liegen in einer kleinen ruhigen Ortschaft nahe dem Simsee. In der Umgebung lassen sich viele Ausflüge zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad zu den umliegenden Seen machen, zwischen typisch bayrischer Landschaft. Jedes Haus hat ein Schlafzimmer für zwei Personen, es gibt ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer für eine 4er-Belegung. Im Gemeinschaftsgarten gibt es einen Grillplatz. Mit dem Zug von Bad Endorf sind es ca. 50 min nach München oder Salzburg.

Spacious apartment, centrally but quietly located between the center and the lake. In addition to the ideal location, the apartment scores points with family friendliness, new equipment and great views of the countryside with balcony. Ideal for 4 adults or a family. In the house we live with two lovely dogs. On site we charge the mandatory tourist tax in cash: Persons aged 16 and over: 2 euros per night. Children (6-15 incl.): 1 euro per night.

Relax with the whole family in this idyllic accommodation on the ground floor of an apartment building, centrally located in Prien am Chiemsee. It is a small walk to the lake (about 15 minutes). It is also far to the center of town. 73 m² spread over two rooms, kitchen and bathroom. The Chiemgau mountains can be viewed from the terrace and hiking tours can be planned. Smoking is not allowed, not even on the terrace. Garden sharing.

Our old barn with a cowshed from 1866 was completely restored and renovated a few years ago into a residential building with an adjoining small tiny house (formerly a sheepfold and workshop).
