Great place to stay. Fantastic location - very close to centre of town, just yards away from the Market Square. Accommodation was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable and had everything you could possibly need. My stay there could not have been more enjoyable.

A beautifully appointed, stylish downstairs flat with exceptionally tasteful decor and fittings all to a very high standard. A luxurious kitchen with everything provided including complimentary teas and coffee as well as milk in the fridge which was very much appreciated and a good range of quality kitchen appliances and crockery. Excellent host who communicated perfectly and provided clear instructions about the facilities available. We definitely have this on our list for a return visit sometime and have already recommended it to friends and family.

We have just spent a weekend at Kate’s beautifully clean and well appointed flat in the centre of Grassington. The beds were extremely comfortable and the entire flat was bright and airy. Throughout the booking Kate was very responsive and very helpful with any questions we had. Lots of lovely independent shops to look around and we can highly recommend The Stripey Badger coffee shop and also The Devonshire pub. If we ever found ourselves in the area again we would certainly stay here again.

Just what we were looking for - long scenic walks in beautiful surroundings. The flat was so lovely and was comfortable with everything we needed - with wonderful views. Perfect get away.

Chris's apartment is very comfy and clean and perfectly placed for exploring Teesdale, Weardale, Barnard Castle and the local area. Chris offered lots of useful recommendations and was a helpful and friendly host. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Great flat centrally located and close to just about everything - every place we went to, be it museum, restaurant or gardens was at the very most 15 minutes away, but more generally less than ten minutes (by foot). Super responsive, incredibly friendly and generally just great hosts. We had one tiny issue (beyond their control) which they resolved for us incredibly quickly and proactively- would very highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in York

A great experience from start to finish . Place was comfortable, beautifully furnish , private, quiet and in a Great location to access Ilkley ( by foot) and surrounding area . Judith was a great host and check-in was a breeze : loved it and will definitely return

Fabulous property, the photos do not do it justice. As per previous reviews, the property was spotless and generously stocked with branded, not cheap, kitchen and bathroom products. The bed/pillows were so comfortable. The wraparound garden was beautiful and well maintained, it was a delight watching the birds (again, well stocked bird food to top up the feeders). We found the location to be a good central base for travelling to many tourist locations, and it was always a pleasure to return to such a clean and comfortable home. We cannot wait to return.

Had a wonderful stay at David and Anne’s home. The house was very comfortable especially the beds. It was also very clean and beautifully furnished. They also provided very clear instructions and there was everything you need for a relaxing break. Also well situated for the town and to explore surrounding area. Would highly recommend.

Lovely place and was clean+smelt nice upon entering, hosts were fast at replying and attended to all questions asked. The stairs are a little crazy and definitely different but made staying there funnier - only thing I would say that was a negative about the whole thing was the wobbly stair railing but besides from that a nice quiet area with a cosy hot tub. Thanks guys!

Wonderful house - we’ll definitely be staying again. The walk down by the river is 5 mins from the house and lovely, and the hike up the hill to the coast to coast path is also great.

Such a wonderful home for our one night. We wished it could have been for longer. Everything you could want, comfy beds, great showers, neat kitchen. Dogs loved it too!

We stayed here for one night when visiting Durham - it was perfect. From the moment we stepped foot through the front door, it felt like home. The property was exactly as described and had everything we needed. If visiting the area again, I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again.

Amazing kitchen we both loved cooking in our tapas meal in it. It was great to have a selection of herbs and spices already in the kitchen. Everything clean and tidy . Great host who responded to any communication swiftly and reassuringly. Property is superb with individual querks which make it unique. Magical information given to us beforehand which was of great value. Thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Great location quiet, easy to get to. We stopped just 1 night so didn’t use anything in the kitchen but it had all you would need. Plenty big enough for 2 people with really comfy bed and large bathroom with walk in shower . Would definitely stay there again

lovely apartment which was well equipped and spotlessly clean. Great central location with fantastic public transport near by. Lottie had sent some reccomendations to visit and places to eat. Like most places Mondays are tricky finding a restaurant open. Everything was great and Lottie was a kind and responsive host who left us gorgeous local goodies to ear, much appreciated

Perfection!! Clive's place is a wonderful place to stay. Clive and Julie are great hosts, friendly, helpful, accommodating and very welcoming. The welcome 'goodies' were very appreciated and tasty. The unit is very tastefully decorated and well appointed, the bed is super comfy and the shower is large with good water pressure. The outdoor area is a real delight, we sat and watched the ducks, the other birds (saw kingfishers!) and the squirrels. We had everything we needed for a happy, memorable stay. There are lots of walks in the area, plus a number of interesting things to see and do. It's an easy train ride to York, Harrogate and Leeds and the station is a short walk from the unit. There are a lot of pubs and cafes within easy walk - The Half Moon pub does delicious pizza! Overall, we very highly recommend Clive's unit and would return often if we could.

What a lovely flat in sleepy Sedbergh! Great location and very peaceful. The flat is so comfortable with the softest carpets too. Lots of extra towels and bedding available. A very well equipped kitchen and a lovely feeling of calm as soon as we stepped inside. Everything was really well thought out and very clean. We stayed for two nights but will definitely stay again and for longer next time. Amy very kindly extended our check out time and always responded to questions quickly. I highly recommend visiting Sedbergh and staying in this stunning little flat!
