Great little spot! Definitely was a little warm inside when we got there as the camper AC struggled a little on the hot day, but it caught up by the time we were ready for sleep. Very pretty landscape and private farm, loved walking around with our pup.

Apartment is charming, spacious and clean. Loved that it was walkable to so many things and just a short drive from others. Bed was comfortable. Everything worked the way it was supposed to. Good shower pressure! Parking was convenient. Occasionally heard others walking in apt above us or going up and down stairs in entryway but, for the most part, it was very quiet. We could easily walk to the main street (Broadway) for a meal, to shop and explore, and go to the theater. Nice walking trail behind the apt, too, that ran along the river. My only disappointment was the coffee pods, which were all Folgers. Expected something a little nicer than that, but all the positives far outweighed that little negative!

We loved staying at The Overlook. It was very cozy and we felt right at home. It is in walking distance of many restaurants and little boutiques. An added bonus is their cute coffee shop just below you.

I had a delightful stay at this cozy carriage house in Lexington, MO. Every detail from the bright spaces to the lush garden views visible from the deck ensures you feel right at home while experiencing the rich history and charm of this beautiful town.
