Vacation rentals with a patio in Richmond

Myself and a group of friends stayed at this property for a long weekend. Clear instructions for check in. The property was a perfect size and well equipped for a big group. The house was very clean and tidy. There were heaters and electric blankets in every bedroom which was an extra bonus during the winter months. The property was in a great driving location to all shops, bars, restaurants etc. Had a beautiful stay.

Great location, very convenient if you’re doing anything with the university or just spending some time in town. Perfect for one person if you need space or for multiple people who need their own space.

Vicki and Gary take absolutely amazing care of their place. It was very clean and cosy with plentiful amenities like a wide range of coffees and teas. The location has all you could need in walking distance and is very private and quiet, you will feel right at home. Vicki and Gary have put extreme care and thought into the studio including a booklet with a bunch of tips and intruction manuals for all the appliances in the studio which is a lifesaver and super appreciated! They are also very helpful and are always tending to the studio aswell as us as guests, they respect privacy and always ask before they clean around the studio. Everything about the studio is quality and it's rare for an airbnb to feel like the owners really stayed there themselves and made sure it's a home. Wonderful stay highly recommended, I miss staying there already!

Lovely comfortably stay with a homely feel. Fully equiped kitchen with some little extras. Close to the city, great restaurants and even a great little supermarket just up the road.

Blissful couple of nights at this cosy Bruny cottage. We were so lucky with the weather, cold clear skys. We even got some Lady Aurora activity. The cottage was very warm and the bed was soooooo comfortable. Just a quick trip to the Bruny Island Hotel made dinner a breeze. Location is great as it was not far to the south or to Adventure Bay. Loved spending time on the deck or enjoying the view from the lounge. Look forward to returning.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Shirley and James’. The place is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We had no issues locating the place and it was within a few minutes drive to the cbd. Be careful if you are coming back to the unit at night as the wild wallabies do leave their droppings in the backyard, but they were such a pleasant surprise for us when we saw the little visitors. The only minus was that the bed is very very soft. It required some getting used to but thankfully we do not have back issues so we were alright. I would definitely recommend this place otherwise

Leo was a great host, friendly and very responsive. The location of his place is great too, near to supermarkets, eateries and shopping centre.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Orford. Debbie's Home in Orford was so comfortable, beautiful views and closely situated to town and the many pristine beaches. Sitting out on the deck watching the sunset was very peaceful. Debbie was a very welcoming and accommodating host and went out of her way to make us feel at home.

We absolutely loved our week at Michelle's place. It was a great base to do all of the stunning Tassie Peninsula hikes and the view from house is spectacular. We were lucky enough to see a pod of seals lazily swimming by on the morning we were leaving. What a treat!

Brilliant stay

We had a lovely stay at this cozy and clean Airbnb! The place was spotless and felt very homey, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s in a great location, close to shops and restaurants, which made it super convenient for our little family. One of the highlights for our son was the stairs, a cozy little space to read books, he absolutely loved them! We also really appreciated the thoughtful touch from Anna and Garth, who provided some children’s books. Our son is a keen reader, so that was a big hit and kept him happily entertained. Thank you for such a welcoming and family-friendly stay, we’d definitely love to come back again!

We had a great time staying at Robert’s Condo. The location was great for walking everywhere. Close to good cafes and restaurants. Robert added some lovely unexpected little additions which made us feel right at home. Thank you! The condo itself is large and has modern amenities. We look forward to travelling back someday with our 1 year old son.

Gorgeous little apartment by the water. Better than we had expected and offers everything you could need. Beds were super comfy and great food and coffee literally minutes walk away - highly recommend and we are keen to stay again ! Thanks Roxy and Ambre for sharing your beautiful home with us !

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very welcoming and clean. Comfortable beds and sitting area. It was well equipped. The stairs may be an issue for some, although there was a 1 bedroom unit down stairs with easy access that one of our party used. The location was ideal for us and the view pleasant.

The landlord is a very warm and kind person, and both my boyfriend and I really like them! The house is also very new, making it a comfortable place to stay. Plus, it’s close to the beach, making it a great choice for accommodation in Tasmania!

All I would say is a little home away from home. Family friendly beach and park great for family with kids. Overall a great place. I stay here for work until we got the rental property.

This place was perfect for staying near all of the downtown restaurants and attractions. We were able to walk to everything and it was very clean and well maintained. James is a fantastic host as well. The only drawback is having to share a bathroom/shower with multiple people. I highly recommend staying here!
