The stay was very pleasant and as described. The 100€ for the final cleaning was communicated transparently, but it would be fairer to include this amount directly in the total price – then the value for money would be really great.

Perfect location for discovering Cinque Terre, easy and beautiful walk to Manarola. Not much open but that was due to the time of year, if you need all year round facilities then La Spezia is only a 10 minute train journey away. Highly recommend but reasonable level of fitness/mobility required to access the property and and move around within the property

The flat is in a great location for all that Santa Margherita offers. Eleanora & her father were very accommodating with an earlier check in. I saw another guest said this but the shower door is narrow, if you are bigger (like myself) it can become an issue. Other than that no issues.

Super complete apartment and with a privileged location since it is 100m from the train station and with a supermarket next door, you have everything at hand.

We enjoyed the large terrace very much. Since it was already summery hot in June, we appreciated the coolness of the olive grove with the fragrant rosemary bushes. And when it got dark, it began to sparkle and shine in the olive grove, we could hardly get enough of the fireflies, how beautiful that it still exists. We lacked nothing, everything necessary is available in the apartment and in Moneglia. In Moneglia, there are the finest focaccias we know. Finding a nice place by the sea and ending the day with the foccacia and a glass of wine you brought with you is simply wonderful. And if you like hiking, you will find the most beautiful hiking trails around Moneglia. You are mostly in cooling forests overlooking the sea. And cooling off in the sea after hiking is simply good. We (6 friends) stayed here for 3 nights and it was absolutely perfect!!! The location is so close to the train station (but we didn’t hear the trains at all!). The value was fabulous, and its walking distance to everything in town (and of course to the regional trains for the area). Patrizia and her daughter are fabulous, responsive hosts; we appreciated the restaurant recommendations and when our previously arranged boat trip fell through, they were able to make arrangements for a wonderful alternative the same day. The apartment far exceeded our expectations s in terms of size and beauty. What a marvellous stay!!! Highly recommend!!! We will be back… 😊

Giuliana’s place was amazing. Right beside the water, close to restaurants, and a quick walk to the train station. She was very helpful and I highly recommend staying here!

Virginio’s place is a good choice if you’re looking for a fully equipped apartment close to the beach! What we loved: - great communication and clear instructions - location is only 15min walk from the city center along the sea, very easy - the apartment was very clean and everything was provided - heating/AC works perfectly - a lot of storage space Good to know: - all doors are with matt glass, and there’s a little “window” between the bedroom and bathroom = if there’s a light on somewhere it inevitably comes into the bedroom - the apartment is on the ground floor + railway is near = some noise from traffic and trains Considering the price, quality and competition in Sestri Levante, we would recommend Virginio’s place!

Roberto was very nice and helpful. His place is lovely and with creative twist. Terrace is amazing! A lot of restaurants araund offering good food. There's no parking next to the apartment, but we parked at Europark 5 minutes away.

Very friendly host, I didn't respond to any issues of any kind. Deborah welcomed me and gave me all the necessary directions. In addition, she provided food and drinks for breakfast. The property is equipped with everything you need. I recommend it to those who love tranquility, without forgetting that it is a few minutes drive from Rapallo and the highway exit.

Everything was perfect, accommodation in a strategic location, we reached Sestri Levante in 14 minutes by car for dinner. Very clean room, equipped with every comfort, equipped kitchen... the hot tub is really a super treat! The only downside, unfortunately, was that the restaurant was fully booked for a private event, so we couldn't dine at the property. Beware of the very low ceiling in some parts of the room, the LED above the toilet is a great help to avoid bumping your head. Super super positive experience!

We just had a wonderful 3-week family stay. Great vacation at Claudio and his wife's. Helpful, welcoming, available hosts... all with discretion. 👍 Very clean and comfortable accommodation. The home and its surroundings make for a very pleasant vacation. The pool and air conditioning throughout the accommodation offers ideal comfort to enjoy the sun without suffering from the heat 😊 The location allows you to visit, by car, many Tuscan sites and enjoy this beautiful region. And Claudio is happy to give good tips, good places to go... so that we can make unforgettable memories 😊 We'll definitely be back. 😃

A nice place to stay that exactly matched the description with a quiet location and a large parking lot right next to it. The apartment had everything you needed and nothing was missing, plus a great terrace. Check-in was very easy and communication with the host was great

We enjoyed our 3 nights stay at Riccardo's place! The apartment is exactly as what it ia described, tidy and clean. We have 2 kids and 1 baby with us, as it is spacious they have enough area to play. Amazing response from Riccardo as a host, friendly and communicative. The location itself is superb. Definitely will stay here again in our next visit 😉

We stayed in the country house. A relatively small indoor space with all the necessities. Lovely outdoor space adjacent to a beautiful garden. The host's dogs are very sweet and touching when they hunt behind seagulls in vain. Wonderfully quiet place with a nice market, the harbor and train station within walking distance so you don't have to miss a visit to cinque terre. Easy parking at the door. The WiFi doesn't always want to cooperate, but we didn't think that was a problem.

It has been our second time at this place and it was perfect as always. The property is beautiful as is the cottage and we enjoyed our stay very much. Kata has been very helpful and always responded quickly. We love this area as the Tuscans are super relaxed, very friendly and welcoming.

A beautiful place to stay, with lovely views. We didn’t brave the walk to Vernazza which meant we were reliant on the car as the property is very remote. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed and the bedroom was very comfortable. Our queries were answered promptly. I was a little perturbed by communication via messages rather than Airbnb app, and from someone other than Debora. Also by the request to send photos of ID. There was an additional cost for tourist tax to be left in cash. This was €3 pp for the first 3 nights.

Beautiful view, clean and very well-decorated accommodation with quality furniture, very well-equipped and renovated, beautiful pool. We had the accommodation overlooking the pool with the terrace and the sofa, very nice when the weather was nice. Very natural environment with few shops around, the first are 15 minutes down to the city. The village of Silico is cute but there is only one restaurant, located 100 m walk from the house (with a beautiful view). Unfortunately we didn't have good weather in May, and even cold, plan warm clothes and hot water bottle because we only had heating the last 2 days and only a few hours in the evening. the animals on the land offer a total change of scenery. in summary the place is beautiful especially if it's sunny because it's quite isolated. thank you to Monica for her sympathy and responsiveness.

We had the best time in Sestri Levante and at Giovanni's place. It's very conveniently located right next to the beach and many great restaurants, shops and cafés (but still quiet and relaxed). It's spotlessly clean and has all amenities you can wish for. Giovanni is an amazing host. He was super responsive, helpful (great tips!) and friendly. We'll be back!
