Beautifully appointed and spacious home on an excellent property. All the amenities you would require on holiday. Perfect if you want to explore the area. The host’s communication was excellent. We would go back any time.

Fran was a great host, the house was well situated close to shops and a short drive from the train station. It was in a quiet area, with not much traffic noise. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking at staying in this area.

Beautiful place, very easy to check into. Bed was soo comfortable! Kitchen had everything needed to cook and bathroom was nice. Street was lively in the day but to be expected given the area but night time was nice and quiet. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again and recommend others stay as well. Thank you for a wonderful much needed Staycation.

Lovely air bnb. Justin was great with communicating and letting us extend our check out time by a couple of hours. Location was good but loud when going to sleep on weekends people walking past. Construction was happening next door which we weren’t made aware of so was loud! Workers throwing bricks and tools around.

We loved our starts at Darren’s place. Great location, walking distance to a range of cafes and restaurants as well as public transport. The kids loved the playground at the end of the road.

I had a great stay in Jans property. It was a beautiful house, super clean and she was flexible with checkout time. The electric blanket and heaters in the bedroom were an extra bonus.

Such a beautiful spot to stay at if you’re looking to feel relaxed and at home after a day exploring, or even just to enjoy the home itself! We enjoyed our stay so much, especially the shower- luxury!! We will definitely recommend and would rebook in the future. Thanks again for your wonderful hospitality!

Our family of 5 had a great stay at Graci's home in Port Melbourne. Lots of space, great amenities, quiet location, close to amenities. We would definitely stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to everything in the city, but still quiet enough to relax. Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

Overall a nice place to stay. Peter was super responsive and he replace the shampoo immediately when I told him it ran out.

Great hosts who were super responsive and obviously care about their place and their customers. A fabulous location 5 min walk to the CBD, all the theatres and botanical gardens, trams etc. Didn't need a car, a well set up kitchen and nearby IGA, super comfy bed and lots of lovely plants so it felt less like a motel. The pool sauna and gym were all fab too. A super generous supply of towels ( including for the pool), toilet paper, paper towels detergent etc so it was easy to move in and relax. Great kitchen to cook in small but withe everything you could need. This will now be our Melb base whenever we are in town.

Magda was lovely from the start and provided clear instructions for check-in and suggested parking options nearby as well as we were driving all the way from Sydney. The place felt comfortable and cosy and will definitely recommend for couples looking to stay with pups.

Great location close to public transport, restaurants, cafes and shopping. Easy to navigate and in a nice area. Loved that it was also pet friendly and our pup enjoyed staying with us on our trip. The apartment was also very clean and tidy with 2 sets of keys provided making it easy and stress free when travelling with others

We had a great stay at Tanglewood, we were visiting family on the area. Lovely place well kitted out very peaceful and tranquil and a good size. Roslyn is lovely and a great host. We would definitely recommend and return

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location was perfect — it offered a peaceful escape from the busy city, yet was still very accessible and close enough. The home itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, making it incredibly comfortable and inviting. Every detail was clearly well-considered, and it truly felt like a home away from home. On top of that, the hosts were fantastic — responsive, kind, and very accommodating throughout the entire stay. They made sure we had everything we needed and were always quick to answer any questions. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely love to return. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice and quiet place outside of, but close to the CBD.

Second time booking here and it was fantastic. Exactly as described, clean, comfy bed, great size and awesome balcony. Melina and Martin are friendly and accommodating hosts, even leaving a few basic necessities in the kitchen cupboards. Clifton Hill is peaceful, quiet and accessible to the city via express train in less than 10 minutes. Everything you need in this great place. Will stay again.

Excellent communication, lovely place in a great location. Easy for the tram, local cafe's with good coffee, no unreasonable check-out demands, a seamless experience. I would recommend this host and this property and would book here again.

Firstly, the photos do not do it justice. The location is amazing, and the interior design of the airbnb is cosy and a vibe. Helen and Amy were extremely responsive and accommodating to our arrival time and helped make sure check in went smoothly. The airbnb itself was well stocked, above what was expected, it's like every little thing had been thought out. We definitely thought it was worth the price we paid and would stay again! Flat was fabulous - good bed and shower and in a great neighbourhood with cafes, restaurants, supermarket and other shops. It was very close to a tram stop into the city. Tracy gave clear instructions and info regarding local amenities etc. I would highly recommend staying there.
