It represents the original architectural style of the 1920 to 1950 predominant in the costal California sections. It's an absolute rarity to stay in one of the original Redondo Beach bungalows. Most of the area has changed to a modern beach community. But we are holding on to the quaint style of the 1920. -- 2 BLOCKS AWAY FROM BEACH & REDONDO BEACH PIER -- if this bungalow is rented out please check our other beach bungalow for more availability -- The Studio Bungalow is located in South Redondo Beach only 2 blocks from the beach on the same grounds as our Charming Historic Beach Bungalow #1. It is a self standing structure. A mini house so to speak. Within the cottage you'll find a brand new queen size bed, built-in cabinets, desk, fully equipped kitchen with brand new stove and cookware, tv with cable, wifi, bathroom with a beautiful and rare newly resealed vintage clawfoot tub with shower set up as option (tub has a higher rim & requires a big step like a jacuzzi tub), a yard where you can enjoy the evening sunsets. You will be provided with fresh towels & bed linens, a guide of the area and bungalow. Please be advised this is a historic bungalow under conservation. We do not offer air condition or central heat (plenty of fans and electric heaters are provided and the ocean breeze keeps the bungalow cool just like it did in 1917). A large array of restaurants, cozy coffee shops and bars await on the boardwalk or strand, which sprawls from Palos Verdes to Santa Monica. You can enjoy surfing, swimming, volleyball, walking, running, skating, biking, hiking - or enjoy driving up to Hollywood, Malibu, Disneyland and Universal Studios. Or plan a daytrip to Santa Barbara or San Diego. The street and area offers plenty of street parking. Please observe street signs for street cleaning days and times in order to avoid a ticket. Street sweeping Thursday from 8am-12pm on one side of the street and Friday from 8am-12pm on the other. Please look for signs when parking your vehicle to avoid getting a ticket. If you do not have your own vehicle we recommend using uber or lift. Many of our guests in the past have recommended this form of transportation.

Lovely Highly rated Private guest house in the rear of our house with private access and private parking with AIr Conditioning just 1 1/2 blocks to the beach The area is very walk-able 3 mins to the beach and a few blocks to a beautiful dining and shopping area. We Provide Bikes, beach towels, boogie Boards, umbrella's etc. The guest house is a separate structure and fenced privately, with private access and parking. You wil love it ;-)

One and a half blocks from the beach and Pier, prime location for either vacationers or execs. 15 minutes from the airport, close to Hermosa/Manhattan Beach. 5 minutes from the quaint Riviera Village. Walking distance to Whole Foods, CVS and coffee! Plenty of street parking. My unit is a two night minimum stay.
