Nice clean two bedroom and two bathroom in finished lower level of residence. Small well stocked kitchen and comfortable communal living room with TV. Good location if you’re looking for a place near Green Lake in Seattle.

Thomas's location was perfect for our weekend trip. The apartment was not just what we needed; it felt like a home away from home. It was cozy, and we felt comfortable. Thomas was a great host. He communicated that the apartment was ready for us when we arrived and that we could check in earlier than the usual check-in time. We did not meet the first day we arrived, but he came down to introduce himself the next morning, and we had a friendly chat to discuss our plans for our visit to the area. This location is ideal for anyone who plans to visit the city to attend any events held at T-Mobile Park or Lumen Field, as the routes to the area are simple and easy to get to. Plus, it is a good location to get to downtown Seattle or Bellevue, with easy access to major roadways. I will consider Thomas's location again for future travels to Seattle.

Karla’s place was the most well appointed Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Every detail, every amenity and then some. Street parking was available in the same spot out front everyday. Quiet. Feels like your perched in a tree on hill over looking Fremont. I’ll be back!!!❤️

This house is incredible. The location is perfect, walking distance to many food and drink spots. There is an amazing coffee shop right on the corner. Sauna and soaking tub are relaxing. The house is clean and organized and has clear instructions. Hosts are helpful and knowledgable. Highly recommend!

We were blown away from the moment we pulled into the driveway. The pictures don’t even do it justice! Where do I start? The view, the gorgeous interior design, the best stocked kitchen with every appliance we could dream of, the spacious deck and delightful gardens and outdoor shower with hot water. Shannon was the most incredible host we’ve ever had. And I’ve stayed in well over 30 Airbnbs. She proactively offered early check-in when her cleaning team was done early, provided recommendations for restaurants and activities and even left us a little welcome gift. Thank you for sharing this treasure with us Shannon!

This was the 2nd time I’ve stayed at Andre and Monika’s place. It is so private and peaceful, spotlessly clean, and only minutes from the airport. I look forward to staying again!

Tamela's place was so nice and very charming. It had a lot of space and the rooms and beds were all comfortable. The deck was the highlight for us as it was so peaceful to sit there and watch the river run by, listen to the birds and just relax. Morning coffee was great on the deck as well! Loved it all and highly recommend staying here if you are in the area!!

Great location with plenty of options for walks right from the door. Kitchen was great with everything you would need for an extended stay. We loved all the coffee options. The two queen beds offer variety with one soft and other perfect medium firm. Bathroom amenities were fabulous. Highly recommend!

Allison’s place is beautiful, comfortable, quiet and extremely well equipped. It’s a lovely space that we enjoyed spending time in as a family, a really convenient location and Allison was responsive in the lead up to our stay and on hand if we needed anything. It was absolutely spotless and we loved staying there, thank you again.

The photos of this place don’t do it justice! The mid-century modern architecture is so charming, and those views are unbelievable! On our first evening we were treated to the most beautiful sunset over the water, with the picturesque Mt Rainier making a stunning appearance. “Mountain was out!” as they say in Seattle. Everything was spotlessly clean, with a very well-stocked kitchen and comfortable beds and linens. The bathrooms were also beautifully renovated recently as well. We would absolutely stay here again!

Words cannot describe the magnificent views. Waking up to the sun cresting over the mountain was breathtaking. The house felt more like a home than a rental. We could envision family holidays utilizing the chef style kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Gazing at the massive dining room table from the kitchen, imagining friends and family gathered around breaking bread. Having the treehouses available to rent in combination with the mountain view house is appealing as well with those having larger groups gathering without being on top of one another. The library was fantastic! It made me want to come back during the colder months just to have a fire in the fireplace. I pictured myself curled up with a book and a roaring fire. Don’t even get me started on the arcade, lol. We had so much fun!!! This is one of those listing where the pictures reflect exactly what you get… Thank you Cindy and Joe! Olga is a great host! Very responsive and helpful. Her place is beautiful and has a wonderful view. Always enjoy staying in the Newmark Building.

Robert was easy to work with and the location is amazing along with the amenities. Worked great for our family of 5 + our dog. Made for an excellent weekend seeing family for graduation and the city with the boys. Would recommend.

Ashley & Mike’s place was perfect. The space had everything I needed. The bonus was the workspace in the bedroom. The location was right around the corner from Pike Place Market and walkable to most attractions. I really enjoyed my stay. The building felt very safe and secure. The amenities of the gym and the pool were nice. Not to mention the convenience of the Target below the building for grabbing a few necessities. I would definitely book again.

This was a wonderful rental. Spotless, modern, and a great location. Very comfortable bed. We loved the short walk to Main Street. The garden view was not dramatic but lovely and peaceful.

The view was amazing and the location easy to find. If we had the time and the weather was nice we would just sit out on the balcony and just watch the marketplace bustle. The space was clean and many essentials were provided. We utilized the pool/hot tub/gym daily which was super nice after all the walking we did during the day. Target being downstairs was also very convenient especially since I needed to grab another luggage cause I ran out of space in the one I brought. The only complaints I might have is that it can be quite loud at night and I was woken up quite a few times. However, ear plugs are provided though I didn't use them because they get uncomfortable after a few hours. We had no actual issues but it can also feel a bit unsafe at night if you're out late due to the homeless population though that is not a fault of the hosts. Despite that I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Just the view and convenience outweighs anything else.
