We lived in this apartment for three months and highly recommend it. The host was very accommodating and even provided us with an additional workspace and a heater, for which we are truly grateful. The key advantages of this apartment include: • A spacious, modern design • A top-floor location • Close proximity to shops and cafes • Excellent high-speed internet (600 Mbps) Our stay was very comfortable, and we would definitely recommend this place.

We called Vanessas and Domingos place home for a month and we had a wonderful time! Everything was super clean. There is a garage for the car and even though there is a bus station around the corner, we were glad to have the car since the place is up the hill. But this also gives a very lovely village vibe and from the balcony you can see the sea and, if no clouds, the vulcano. It was a bit cold during the night but we got a gas heater and it was super cozy after. We would highly recommend the place and come back anytime, GRACIAS a Vanessa y Domingo🫶🏼

We stayed at Rómulo's place for two months. The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable, and good value for the monthly rental price. Rómulo was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions or requests. We worked remotely, so we appreciated the desk in the apartment and the good internet. There is also a nearby friendly and affordable gym, Xtreme Training Centro. There are some cafes nearby, our favourite being next to the church. For the rest, it is a quiet area. We rented a car and would recommend this for anyone staying longer than a few days so you can easily explore the rest of the beautiful island.
